Freedom to plan my work regarding a specific bank and each assignment was an independent job so after 3 to 6 weeks you start a new assignment at a specific bank usually in a different city or town Thus you didn't have long term problems to juggle.

Yearly training classes are excellent.

Pay is low initially, but you can move fast. Some employees don't put out an effort only when the manager gets on them.

Yearly bonuses are a good motivation.

There are many opportunites available. They have a great continuing education program.
