Probably heavily male in part because many women don't want to travel the majority of the time.

What brings you the most joy at U.S. Department of the Treasury?

Freedom to plan my work regarding a specific bank and each assignment was an independent job so after 3 to 6 weeks you start a new assignment at a specific bank usually in a different city or town Thus you didn't have long term problems to juggle.
