Cons of working at United States Marine Corps
Work Morale, comradery was hands the fuel and drive of the organization. I put the same thing because most days you had to be on auto pilot mode regardless of your emotions.
United States Marine Corps benefits
Was exposed to a lot of people my time in service, it really helped open my eyes and see a lot of things from multiple perspectives. Always learned something new from the people I was surrounded and enjoyed working in a high pace environment.
What do you like best about United States Marine Corps's CEO and the leadership team?
All the Leadership I had were good mentors. What stood out the most was the passing of the torch in its way, the guidance and importance of perfecting the basics, past mistakes mentors did and how to overcome emotions or how they dealt with being in our shoes when they were upcoming.
How would you improve United States Marine Corps's culture?
More communication. Over the years communication started plummeting down and it became more finger pointing to blame over ownership of actions.
How did you prepare for the United States Marine Corps interview?
Its always something I wanted to do as a kid growing up seeing my 2 uncles that served. when the age came I signed up and was able to pass the screening process
How does your compensation at United States Marine Corps compare to the industry average?
Ive had multiple job titles, and held multiple supervisor positions. Not only did supervise the people below me but alos contributed in everyday tasks I didn't need to do. Its important to show just because you moved up in a administrative position its more then okay to go get your hands dirty and go beyond your role.
What's the diversity at United States Marine Corps like?
Definitely a lot of diversity, overcame that just speaking out to my peers and the ones below me. Diversity isn't always a bad thing, tasks could still be delegated but it could make or ruin a workplace.
What brings you the most joy at United States Marine Corps?
Going through the grind together, Theres nothing like seeing the grit of employers all working hard at there craft, team work, and then seeing the end product.

Pros of working at United States Marine Corps
I enjoyed the purpose of my work and the people I served with.
Cons of working at United States Marine Corps
There was little to no work life balance. The hours worked were often times forced and pay did not match the extent of work that was performed. My quality of life was poor and work conditions were very tough.
United States Marine Corps benefits
The friendships and memories created out of being forced to go through hard times. These connections will last a lifetime and are worth more than any benefit of any job.

Pros of working at United States Marine Corps
There was a sense of purpose while working for the USMC.
Cons of working at United States Marine Corps
Working for the military wasn't just a job, it was a way of life. There is also the fact that while in the military there are a lot of restrictions put upon you that you do not have as a civilian. It is very restrictive.

The actual work benefits were pretty good. Decent pay, a few weeks of vacation a year, healthcare.
