Job Responsibilities include:
Making sales calls on Plumbing Companies, Roofers, General Contractors, Insurance Adjusters, Insurance Agents, Home Inspectors, etc. (referral sources) so that they will recommend our company to their clients.
Actively pursue and develop strong relationships with referral sources & trade partners to drive more business to our company.
Deliver marketing events that drives awareness of our company and improves participation in our referral program or other programs.
Customer Resource Management (CRM) - log all interactions into CRM and other software so company leadership and the team have an accurate picture of your activities as well as status of referral sources
Provide feedback to company leadership from referral sources, your insights on job performance, competitive advantages & opportunities to improve during bi-weekly sales meetings.
Detailed record keeping of your activities, expenses as well as interactions with referral sources.

Responsibilities
Must establish and maintain local area clientele in position to refer losses. Clientele is primarily insurance adjusters but may also include community business owners, schools and municipalities.
Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch
Must have working knowledge of applicable building codes
Create and adhere to acceptable budgets and address overages as they present themselves
Required to use the BELFOR naming convention for estimates, revised estimates, proposals, change orders, etc.
Must demonstrate a knowledge of all local building codes

Know and understand the MSDS protocols for the chemical products used during mitigation processes.

Under supervision, you must build adequate containment systems, using appropriate calculations and equipment (Neg Air, HEPA vacuum).
Properly use cleaning / disinfecting solutions and debris removal techniques from confined areas.

Under Supervision, you must properly remove the vapor barriers, remove and label the recoverable cuttings, make holes for air to flow, install an Injectidry system, a Directed-In system and an Octi-Dry system, use non-penetrating and penetrating meters.

This person will lead the successful execution of water fire and mold projects from start to finish. Industry experience in water damage and/or fire and smoke damage and/or mold remediation or in Construction is a MUST for this position.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
Deliver on-time, in-budget projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds.
Communicate with clients - Drive contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.
Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project.
Develop project plans - Create detailed plans for each project to outline execution strategy including objectives, schedule, and cost.
Track and communicate progress - Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership.
Requirements:
Certifications such as WRT, ASD, AMRT, or Construction Experience
Experience in the restoration industry or construction
Excellent written and verbal communications
Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
Passion for quality work and driving results
Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
