Job Summary
The primary role of the Field Technician is to provide the initial response to leads from property owners. This includes calling, scheduling & meeting with property owners to assess the damage, while serving as the go-between the prospective client and UWRG branch management. The Field Technician helps the customer understand the next steps needed to begin the restoration process The Lead Technician designs, implements and supervises the extraction, drying, demolition and cleaning processes according to the IICRC S500 standard of care.
Technicians are the heart and soul of UWRG, representing our company to customers and insurance representatives in the field. A successful Technician possesses a desire to care for our customers and to restore their property to a condition better than it was prior to their accidents. Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain a safe work environment as the top priority.

Rapidly respond to customer needs by calling meeting with them ASAP to assess the situation and the damage.
Provide the customer, a clear and transparent description of the remediation process and obtaining a signed contract for United Water Restoration services.
Learn the process to help customers seek insurance approval for demolition.
Apply proper containment methods to protect unaffected areas, residents, and pets from hazards resulting from demolition and or microbial contamination.
Monitor jobs daily, contacting and following up with homeowners/business owners for daily appointments.
Maintain and upload accurate job notes on a daily basis; includes uploading photos, moisture readings, clean-up records and notes to document work progress on UWRG's internal CRM system.
Be available for On-Call weeknights and weekends on a rotating basis. We are 24/7/365 service provider.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Other Duties:
Maintain vehicle, equipment, shop cleanliness and mechanics.

IICRC Certifications Required: WRT, ASD, FSRT Remediation Technician and NYS Mold certification. Company willing to provide training for the right candidate.
Solid citizen; must pass a background check, drug screen and have a clean driving record.

* Coordinate required return visits; convey needed services, materials, and labor.
* Perform post-installation inspections.

Qualifications
* An Associate degree or technical certification in the industry.

**Position Description:**

Required Education and Experience

Possess a working knowledge of ANSI/TIA/EIA cabling standards, BICSI and NEC.

POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
Moss' VDC Field Technicians are responsible for the collection of as-built construction data that is crucial in verifying and tracking that the project teams are constructing projects the way they were designed. Job Responsibilities:
Assist with cleanup, demolition, and restoration tasks.
Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
Set up and take down equipment at job sites.
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Use hand tools and basic equipment safely.
Support other team members as needed.
Some common tasks this role will involve: debris removal, demolition, water extraction, equipment setup, etc.
Basic hand tools, tools and training provided.
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
Willingness to follow instructions and work in a team.
No prior experience required-training will be provided!
Must be reliable and punctual.
Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.

DPR Construction is seeking a Field Technology Engineer/Surveyor for our team in Tampa. Reporting to the Field Technology Lead and the SPW Business Unit Lead, the successful candidate will support the implementation of building control, laser scanning capture, drone flights, and post-processing efforts across the Central Florida Business Unit and the Southeast region.
Responsibilities
Support the overall Field Technology services across the Tampa business unit and designated projects
Support existing conditions and as-built surveys for upcoming and current projects throughout the region.
Support and/or perform initial surveying & field layout activities with robotic total stations to support field validation, quality control, and quality assurance.
Perform construction building layout with robotic total stations to support field validation, quality control, and quality assurance.
Plan and execute field survey activities in accordance with standards set by the project team.
Plan and perform layout set out and back-check tasks.
Leverage appropriate set up procedures using a robotic total station including known backsight and multi-point resections.
Perform benchmark transfers using an auto level.
Proficient with allocating and scheduling job duties to others.
Ensure all equipment and materials are organized and equipment firmware is up to date.
Support/Perform sUAS and 360 photo/video capture and post processing activities.
Assist with reality capture services utilizing terrestrial laser scanning and sUAS/photogrammetry tools to capture, process, and document existing and as-built conditions of interior and exterior spaces.
Support project teams and VDC engineers on the utilization and analysis of reality capture deliverables (point clouds, meshes, 360 photos, etc.).
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented individual that will relish performing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with ability to multi-task, produce quality deliverables, and meet project-based deadlines. The successful candidate will have:
Ability to work in an environment that requires transparency, team collaboration, leading by influencing, and socialization of initiatives.
Position requires lifting and carrying moderately heavy equipment (25lbs+), climbing ladders and occasionally scanning crawl spaces and enclosed ceilings.
Flexible hours: Commercial building scans can start at 6AM and occasionally require weekend work.
Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on construction experience in the AEC industry.
Able to read and understand construction documents, shop drawings and plans.
Comfortable viewing/interacting with 3D models.
Knowledge in robotic total station and 2+ years of RTS usage, Leica Captivate experience is a plus.
Knowledge in Autodesk Point Layout, AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
Basic to Intermediate level software knowledge in Autodesk packages (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 etc.)

Position Summary:
The Field Service Technical Engineer will provide technical support for the project site team. This is a hands-on position working closely with corporate IT, onsite project team members and 3rd party contractors.
Essential Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot & repair hardware, software, & peripheral equipment
Assist/manage site-wide network setup and support
Assist with jobsite trailer mobilization and demobilization as required
Work with site team to proactively address and resolve service requests and/or to gather information necessary to resolve service requests.
Communicate with other IT team members to resolve issues and expedite work
Work with 3rd party vendors/support as needed
Manage service tickets in IT ticketing system
Effectively determine when to escalate an issue
Willing to work during non-business hours when necessary to support site moves, local network upgrades, etc.
Salary Range: $56,000.00 - $78,400.00 +12% geo-uplift and additional compensation for temporary relocation of $4000+/month
Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education
Minimum of 5 years technical support experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing PC's, printers, peripherals, networks, and voice/data connectivity
Minimum of 3 years experience coordinating, planning & execution of jobsite office mobilizations, moves and demobilizations
Position Related Skills
In depth knowledge of networking topology, routers, switches, WAPs, etc.
In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop OS, Server OS & O365 applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work multiple tasks and between a variety of environments
Must be a strong team player, self-starter, flexible and be able to work well with a variety of personalities, with minimal instruction, and minimal direct supervision
