Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced estimator with a background in insurance restoration to work closely with our clients, customers, and subcontractors. Expertise in the restoration industry will ensure success in this dynamic role. As a Restoration Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the scope of numerous projects using Xactimate, while following our company's guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with the ability to manage their workload and schedules effectively, possessing exceptional organizational and planning skills. This role also includes field and sales responsibilities to support our administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Production Managers, Emergency Services, and customers to estimate new restoration projects.
Conduct inspections, sketches, and accurate scopes for both residential and commercial restoration projects using the preferred software.
Create detailed and profitable job estimates.
Communicate and document any change orders and supplements with all involved parties.
Identify and resolve any barriers to completing projects on time and within budget.
Understand the materials and equipment needed to produce each project.
Obtain accurate materials, equipment, and labor pricing, ensuring projects remain within budget.
Solicit bids from subcontractors, as needed, prior to completing estimates.
Secure approvals on all estimates before work begins.
Coordinate project details with Project Coordinators and Superintendents.
Maintain regular communication with customers, setting realistic expectations throughout the process.
Ensure all required paperwork is completed at signing, during production, and at project close.
Close business deals, secure customer commitments, and manage projects to completion.
Maintain comprehensive project files throughout the life cycle (e.g., dates, documents, updates, and communication logs).
Collaborate with all parties, including third-party owners, building engineers, property managers, and tenants.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $55,000 $70,000 per year

United Water Restoration Group is seeking a highly motivated, reliable and dynamic Reconstruction Project Manager for our newly acquired Reconstruction division helping our client's property after damage from fire, water and or mold. Commercial or residential, our teams are dedicated to bringing their property back to its pre loss condition.
Our ideal candidate works well under pressure, able to work on their own or as part of a team. Time management skills, organization, attention to detail and the ability to make the right decisions when they count. This position will include delivering outstanding customer service, meeting time and financial goals and assist in developing a well-functioning team. Experience in restoration reconstruction and Xactimate is a must.
Job Duties:
Leads daily tasks of reconstruction projects working with District and Operations Managers to ensure quality performance, customer service and profitability.
Manages evaluation, estimation, selling, budgeting, establishing timeline of projects and walking property owner through expectations.
Monitors job progress to ensure a timely and on budget completion.
Oversee incoming and outgoing workloads, subcontractor performance and property owner communication. Manage personnel and company resources to ensure on time and on budget performance.
Builds and manages subcontractor relationships to complete work in an orderly and efficient manner
Ability to read, understand, and modify Xactimate estimates, as well as, traditional reconstruction estimates for projects scoped across a variety of trade areas
Provide performance metrics by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing subcontractor performance records, labor hours and material cost, customer satisfaction scores, and meeting program guidelines
Assess project and customer service needs level and adjust by assigning resources; set work result standards; establish priorities; monitor progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; report results of the process flow on performance production summaries
Resolve personnel and performance problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, recommending action

Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
NATE Certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on residential and light commercial systems
Proficient with iPads/tablets, service software , and digital gauges
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, work in attics/crawl spaces, and tolerate extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications:

Ability to work independently.
A keen eye for detail and high degree of accuracy.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

Purpose
The Permit coordinator works with the design team to ensure projects stay on track by lining up permits and expediting permit accordingly.
· Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibilities
· Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound phone calls
· Obtain all required approvals for permits and act as liaison between the company and each municipality
· Maintain communications with municipalities to ensure quick turn-around on data requests
· Create and maintain Microsoft Excel files to track permit status
· Work closely across all departments to gather information to submit permits
· Process technical and professional competency, demonstrated by work that is timely, accurate, organized, and clearly articulated with attention to detail
· Develop permit plans and graphics
· Work closely with AAB MOT Design team to ensure guidelines and requirements are being met
