Job Details: Paul Davis is seeking career-minded, highly motivated estimators to create estimates for water/fire mitigation, mold remediation, and reconstruction and remodeling. This is a full-time position in a fast growing company with plenty of growth opportunities with the opportunity earn commission. Requirements: * 2+ years verifiable experience in restoration or construction estimating. * Proficiency in Xactimate. * Knowledge of local and state building code requirements. Duties will include, but not be limited to: * Create accurate scopes and sketch floorplans. * Utilize Matterport technology on job sites. * Independently perform and manage own work. * Consistently produce estimates within the given timeline. * Keep constant contact with all clients and insurance carriers. * Build strong relationships with management, clients, and adjusters. * Creating proposals, change orders, revisions and supplements. Benefits: Health insurance Company paid training Paid Holidays Paid time off Matching IRA Essential Job Responsibilities/Tasks: (Illustrative, not inclusive) • Ensuring the teams performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services and carpet cleaning/re-installation services in accordance to Paul Davis and industry specifications. • Oversees equipment maintenance and expendables (to include maintaining MSDS sheets). • Maintains relationship with adjusters and communicates with updates as needed. • Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments. Supervises work on Emergency Fire/Smoke Services (to include deodorization, pack-outs, board-ups, and securing structure) Supervises work on Mold Remediation (including demolition and cleaning). • Be a great representative of our brand! • Ensure your crews are ready at all times and every morning to handle the day through a team huddle. • Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinion. • Performs on-call rotation as needed. • Trains and supervises emergency services technicians and assistant technicians • Re-inspect job sites for quality control. • Participate in the collection process. • Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner. • Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked and organized trucks along with all company equipment. • Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule. • Completes jobs successfully and obtains certificate of completion. Team Qualifications (Requirements): High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e. GED, etc.) (4) year experience in WRT, ASD. Xactimate Knowledge (preferred) Symbility Training (preferred) Valid Driver's License with a clean record. Must be maintained for the duration of employment. BASIC FUNCTIONS: The Full Functioning Associate is expected to sell the services of Paul Davis to the property owner, by providing quick, clear and comprehensive information to the owner. Because the property owner has a choice in who to use, the Associate must project a professional expertise so that the customer will decide to allow Paul Davis to do the work required. Once the job is sold, it is the Associate's job to manage the entire job by preparing and managing the project timeline to the customer's satisfaction, securing, scheduling and managing subcontractors, trades and Paul Davis employees on site, for the successful and timely completion of the work to the homeowner's satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: * Professionally represent the PDR principles of honesty and integrity. * Receive loss assignment. * Contact property owner within 30 minutes (non-emergency). * Be on site within 2 hours if it is an emergency, or inspect loss site within 24 hours for non- emergencies (unless there are other carrier program requirements). * Maintain constant communication with property owner. * Schedule the completed work order to include: pre-construction on-site meeting when appropriate, sequencing, timing, master scheduling, and trades assignments. * Prepare an accurate scope by reviewing property damage and utilizing best practices in the industry to correct and remediate based on WRT and ASD standards. * Prepare estimate using xactimate or symbility in a timely fashion (typically within 48 hours of the inspection or according to program requirements for specific losses/carriers). * Secure approved scope and price with insurer and/or customer. Explain the Paul Davis services, scope, estimate and time of completion to the property owner to secure contractual work authorization. * Achieve a contract closing ratio of fifty-percent (50%) or higher. * Document to service levels and deliver necessary paperwork timely and maintain relationship with insurer. * Document and deliver estimate, permits and other documents to property owner in a timely manner and secure contract. * Document and deliver necessary paperwork timely to administrative department. * Secure trades, prepare project timeline and start job in a timely manner. * Interface with Municipal and other regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and schedule inspections. * Hire and manage appropriate subcontractors and trades or schedule employee assignments and manage same. * Manage and Inspect all assigned projects for progress. * Maintain documentation on personal inspections and project flow. * Maintain professionalism with project conditions: (i.e.: workmanship, homeowner relationships, safety, cleanliness, and tradespeople conduct). * Manage job to speedy conclusion while maintaining legal compliance. * Interface with CSR regarding project progress, completion, and conditions. * Professionally handle any and all complaints. * Manage punch list completion, obtain completion certificate, and collect funds as necessary. * Prepare job file for closing. * Collect payment on closed jobs in a timely fashion. United Water Restoration Group is seeking a highly motivated, reliable and dynamic Reconstruction Project Manager for our newly acquired Reconstruction division helping our client's property after damage from fire, water and or mold. Commercial or residential, our teams are dedicated to bringing their property back to its pre loss condition. Our ideal candidate works well under pressure, able to work on their own or as part of a team. Experience in restoration reconstruction and Xactimate is a must. Job Duties: Leads daily tasks of reconstruction projects working with District and Operations Managers to ensure quality performance, customer service and profitability. Manages evaluation, estimation, selling, budgeting, establishing timeline of projects and walking property owner through expectations. Monitors job progress to ensure a timely and on budget completion. Oversee incoming and outgoing workloads, subcontractor performance and property owner communication. Manage personnel and company resources to ensure on time and on budget performance.
