UWM is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to promote community awareness of our people-centric culture and mission of helping others. In addition to engaging the local community, you will also engage with our 8,000+ Team Members every day. You will help our users with navigating through our Pay It Forward charitable platform and network with outside charities/foundations both locally and nationally. This will involve management of relationships with our existing partners, and developing new ways for our Team Members to interact with the community and learn about different events. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Collaborating and building relationships with foundations, vendor partners, and make sure that they align with our culture and service levels. * Working with Executive Leadership, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business needs, execute strategies, and identify growth opportunities for the UPerk platform. * Designing and deploying new initiatives for our Team Members to experience ways of giving back, experiencing new vendors and partner perks, and finding ways to collaborate and create ways to support our local community and businesses. * Performing quarterly analysis and making recommendations for maximizing the impact of the use of our vendor platform. * Conducting daily research on geographic trends and happenings to identify where we can get involved and make a difference. * Embracing the high potential for professional growth in this position and in our organization. * Raising awareness in communities and organizations to promote the benefits of community efforts within UWM. * Serving as a "brand ambassador" for the Engagement Team and the UWM brand. The Security Officer is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, safety, and security of assets, property, team members, clients and all visitors at all United Wholesale Mortgage locations. This Security Officer will use various telecommunications devices to call for assistance from fire fighters, police forces, and emergency medical services. They will provide general emergency care for team members and respond to medical emergencies. The Security Officer will also interview witnesses or victims to prepare case reports and testify in court if necessary. Responsibilities include making sure our Team Members and guests have plenty of caffeine! Making sure coffee is made, kitchens are clean and areas also have plenty of supplies. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Responsible for having coffee ready on each main kitchen by 8am daily and maintain coffee in all kitchens throughout the day. * Maintain kitchen stock (sugar/creamers/forks/spoons/knives/coffee/cups/towels/etc) on specified floors. * Keeping kitchen counters/coffee bars wiped down. * Notifying Leader of low inventory of kitchen/VIP room supplies for additional ordering. * Completing ServiceNow tickets that relate to coffee requests/setups when requests appear. * Keeping adequate stock of kitchen supplies under the counters in kitchens. (see bullet point #2) * Maintaining VIP rooms cleanliness and stocking all items inside the room * Keeping training rooms/ executive meetings coffee filled throughout the day if needed. * These duties will be split amongst team members. Each Hospitality Service will maintain all kitchens/VIP rooms. If one of the team members are off work, the other has to take on the floors of the team member that is off. * All team members that will be on the hospitality team, both will have their OWN duties specific to the floor they are on. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Building and maintaining long-term relationships with broker accounts in all 50 states * Training and educating brokers on UWM's Easiest Application System Ever (EASE), programs, products, guidelines and processes * Acting as your clients' go-to resource for guidance and solutions * Delivering up-to-the-minute information about the latest products, resources and industry updates * Championing your brokers and striving to make every loan a success story * Monitoring the performance of accounts in your pipeline * Building and managing a strong pipeline of loans to meet and exceed sales goals WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Must Have Qualifications: * Minimum one year of experience in relationship based sales, mortgage sales as loan officer, mortgage banker or wholesale account executive * OR Completed Associates or Bachelors Degree in a Sales or Business Related field AND one year of client service based work experience * Understanding the difference between retail and wholesale lending * Proven success in building business relationships * Confident communication skills and professionalism over the phone and face to face * Proficient in technology including Microsoft Office, CRM's and the ability to multi-task * Ability to take feedback and be coached up with the desire to get better every day * Hard workers who take accountability for their actions * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude * On-site, full-time attendance Nice To Have Qualifications: * Knowledge of the mortgage industry with previous experience working for a retail or wholesale mortgage lender * Inside sales and / or phone sales experience * A passion for the mortgage industry * Previous in a business to business sales model * A desire for a six figure income and motivated to work in a competitive sales environment NOTE: This is an inside account executive position based in Pontiac, Michigan. Candidates must reside or be able to relocate to the metro Detroit area. We are not currently seeking outside account executives. The Foreclosure Oversight Specialist is responsible for monitoring and managing the foreclosure process on defaulted mortgage loans to ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with investor, insurer, state, and federal requirements. This role serves as the liaison between internal teams, foreclosure attorneys, third-party vendors, and investors to ensure timely and accurate processing of foreclosure milestones. This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Oversee and track all stages of the foreclosure process, ensuring timely completion of milestones in accordance with regulatory and investor guidelines.• Collaborate with foreclosure attorneys and vendors to gather documentation, resolve issues, and expedite case progression.• Review and approve foreclosure-related documents and correspondence, ensuring legal and procedural accuracy.• Maintain accurate records and notes in servicing systems; document key actions and decisions.• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines, including CFPB, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA regulations.• Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or procedural issues in the foreclosure pipeline.• Conduct audits and quality control reviews of active foreclosure files.• Generate and analyze reports to monitor timelines, volumes, and performance metrics.• Communicate effectively with borrowers, when applicable, regarding foreclosure status or resolution opportunities.• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and responding to inquiries.• Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects related to default servicing. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Must-Have Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). * 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, with direct exposure to foreclosure processes. * Strong knowledge of foreclosure laws, timelines, and investor/insurer guidelines. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume pipeline. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage servicing platforms (e.g., MSP, Black Knight, or similar). Nice To Have Qualifications: * Experience working with national foreclosure counsel or law firms.• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as CFPB servicing rules and loss mitigation guidelines.• Understanding of other areas of default servicing (bankruptcy, loss mitigation, REO) is a plus.
