Pros of working at UnitedHealth Group

I love the team I work with and other than their health insurance the rest of the benefits are really good. They do a great job of allowing you to do things like volunteering in the community, etc..

Cons of working at UnitedHealth Group

At least at the WI plan where I work there is almost no diversity and no real attempt seen by the WI leaders to try and get more diversity in the doors

Pros of working at UnitedHealth Group

It has a lot of diversity, you do not need experience because there is a 5 month training before you hit the floor. There is a very large culture of volunteering.

Cons of working at UnitedHealth Group

The metrics are very hard to meet with the software problems so you feel cheated. The supervisors are very metric-centered and very micromanaging. You don't ever feel like you are doing a good job.

almost 4 weeks of Personal Time Off to start
