Support can be accomplished either onsite or remotely, depending on the preference of the jurisdiction.
Positions in this function are responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Provide data entry training and support of Federal and jurisdictional IT systems
+ Provide routine and ad hoc support for data visualization and analytics in conjunction with H-CORE data stewards/owners, gather requirements, and produce associated products. Develop queries of non-vaccine MCM data leveraging statistical software
+ Provide onsite and/or virtual training and/or technical assistance to support jurisdictions in operations and/or analyses of therapeutics and/or other non-vaccine data related to MCM responses
+ Spot check data quality for assigned jurisdictions and highlight concerns to system owners and/or data owners when data in systems are unclear or appear to have discrepancies
+ Conduct data quality improvement tasks including assessing data quality to identify issues, cleaning, matching, reconciliation, and deduplication
+ Work with H-CORE staff with determining the priorities and approach for assessments of data quality and system capability, and execute agreed upon approach within the agreed upon timelines
+ Conduct data quality improvement projects (e.g., proactive approach to reporting issues as they occur on administration data received from jurisdictions- Collaborate with jurisdictions and H-CORE to determine the data for prioritization metrics, methods for analyzing, visualizing, generating the reports, and executing the agreed upon methods for the analysis, visualization and reporting of the data held in Federal systems

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a technology related field
+ 3+ years of experience working in a Health IT environment
+ Experience using and quickly learning the use of new health information systems
+ Experience training users

+ Proven excellent communication skills
