The Associate Patient Care Coordinator role will provide back office support for surgery authorizations, pre-surgical testing, surgery scheduling and patient follow-up and communication. Manages the referrals process, processes incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations. This function includes intake, notification and census roles. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Working hours may vary. Our office is located at Stow, OH We offer 1 week on paid training. The hours during training will be from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday - Friday.
