As the Personal Care Assistant, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Provides or assists clients with activities of daily living including:
+ bathing in bed, tub or shower
+ care of hair including shampoo, combing and brushing
+ care of teeth and mouth including denture care
+ nail care, filing only
+ skin care including pericare and applying lotion
+ transfer of patient from bed to chair and to wheelchair
+ transfer of patients on and off bedpan, commode and toilet
+ assist client in preparing for bed
+ position patient in bed as directed
+ assists with ambulation including with cane, walker and crutches
+ personal care dressing of client
+ medication reminder
+ Live-in and Sleep Over's:
+ secures clients home for the night and provides reassurance by being present at the client's home during the nighttime hours
+ (Washington and Oregon does not provide this service)
+ Utilize the E.V.V. (Electronic Visit Verification) program as applicable
+ Assists with household tasks directly essential to client's personal care
+ Accompanies client to medical appointments or shopping if necessary and performing other essential errands
+ Measures and records oral, rectal, and auxiliary temperatures, pulse and respiration, and blood pressure when ordered within the training limitations of the aide
+ Prepares meals as required based upon client's preferred diet
+ may need to feed client if required
+ Provides clean and safe environment within the home including safe use of equipment such as side rails, oxygen, wheelchairs, Hoyer lifts, etc.

**Required Qualifications:**

The Care Coordinator will be the primary care manager for a panel of intellectually disabled/developmentally delayed members with no specific risk and blended caseloads of varying populations. As the Clinical Account Specialist, you will:
Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO System and associated software modules and RF generator) during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. Required Qualifications:

* Modify the plan of care, as appropriate, based upon reassessment, change in prescriber orders, the patient's need for further care or services and the achievement of identified goals
* Establish trust and build long term relationships with expectant mothers
* Provide clinical support to key physicians / hospitals upon request

Required Qualifications:
* Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Virginia
* 1+ years of labor and delivery or obstetrical nursing experience (high-risk perinatal / antepartum)
* Proven ability to utilize Microsoft programs including MS Word, MS Outlook, and the Internet
* Reside in or near Williamsburg VA
* Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel up to 2 hours one way to patient sites within a designated area
* Willing or available at least 2 flexible weekdays and 1 Saturday per month
Preferred Qualifications:
* BSN
* 3+ years of experience in labor and delivery or obstetrical nursing (high-risk perinatal / antepartum)
* Home care experience
* IV infusion competency
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
