Primary Responsibilities: Ensuring transfer pricing compliance activities are completed timely and accurately Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing calculations and analysis Working closely with global Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Legal and Tax teams to establish, monitor and maintain intercompany charges for cross-border transactions Assisting with tax modeling & forecasting Supporting global transfer pricing audits Developing thorough knowledge of Company's enterprise-wide financial accounting and reporting systems Working closely with other members of the Tax Department to support domestic and/or international tax projects as needed This position will: prepare and maintain the organization's transfer pricing analyses and documentation; work with international, federal, and state agencies on tax audits; research, analyze and advise on transfer pricing implications resulting from proposed organizational actions; and manage and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors.
