Team center people in the workplace
I don't their system of clocking and clocking out.
I really PTO allowance per paycheck.
Overall package is good , with PTO, insurance, and 401k
Micromanagement, change programs way to often , ie computer programs for nursing are absurd and waste a lot of time. Very inefficient, plus they change them all the time, i am sure whoever markets them is happy to sell them to UHG
PTO
I love the team I work with and other than their health insurance the rest of the benefits are really good. They do a great job of allowing you to do things like volunteering in the community, etc..
At least at the WI plan where I work there is almost no diversity and no real attempt seen by the WI leaders to try and get more diversity in the doors
401K and stock purchase program
Benefits- paid vacation. Medical Healthcare with Hsa account options. Dental, Vision and 401k savings options. Employee appreciation week once a year. Gym in house as well as a health options cafeteria.
Call center operations indirect so you specialize in billing but have to help callers who cone from uhc which is not specified as different. Also the point system for unforeseen commuting grace is very critical.
Paid Vacation time
It has a lot of diversity, you do not need experience because there is a 5 month training before you hit the floor. There is a very large culture of volunteering.
The metrics are very hard to meet with the software problems so you feel cheated. The supervisors are very metric-centered and very micromanaging. You don't ever feel like you are doing a good job.
almost 4 weeks of Personal Time Off to start
If you do your job well, you can thrive. While the benefits are not generous, there are many to choose from. I like call center work which is what most employees do here
The opportunities for advancement and personal development. The company invests in their employees - Advanced degree reimbursements
