Mr. Wang is chief executive officer and president of Beacon Hill Staffing Group, the nation’s 30th largest staffing firm, with eight specialty divisions operating across the country. Having joined the company in 2002, Mr. Wang has spearheaded Beacon Hill’s transformation from a local boutique to a $594 million industry leader. Mr. Wang is responsible for Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s vision, strategic direction, and overall performance. He also chairs the company's Executive Committee. During his time there, he helped to grow the company from a privately held startup to a publicly-traded global industry leader. Mr. Wang is a graduate of Connecticut College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in government.
