As CEO of UnitedLex, Dan has a singular focus of empowering clients to achieve their own unique “art of the possible” in the field of law. As a former general counsel and CFO of public and private equity backed companies, Dan identified the unexplored opportunity to transform the legal industry. He saw the power of delivering holistic legal services through a revolutionary platform of technology, captive law firm, and consulting company delivery and inspired levels of training and professional development. Central to Dan’s vision is UnitedLex’s assumption of substantial risk in client relationships to guarantee performance and economic gain. This vision has fueled UnitedLex’s growth from a handful of employees in 2007 to a highly skilled international workforce of over 2,700 lawyers, engineers, consultants, and technologists today.

Gerardo Herrera has more than two decades of proven technical and management expertise in analyzing, developing, and implementing eDiscovery, billing, and customer service systems for the litigation support and telecommunications industries. He has extensive training in computer forensics and electronic data discovery and has presented on data collections and electronic discovery topics for continuing legal education programs across the country.

Before joining UnitedLex, Gerardo served as chief information officer for Focus Solutions, where he implemented technology, structure, and leadership processes for a Socha-Gelbmann highly ranked division. Before Focus, Gerardo was co-founder and chief technology officer at Clarity Telemanagement, where he led engineering and operation of unified communication services for retail and wholesale markets.

Gerardo received Midlands Business Journal's "40 under 40" Award, which recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs based on their contributions to their business and community. He earned his BS in computer science from Panamerican University of Costa Rica and BA in theology from the Baptist Theological Seminary of Costa Rica.

Nicholas Hinton is a Board Member at ContractRoom and Chief Financial Officer at UnitedLex and is based in New, York. He has experience at Marsh and has worked as Chief Financial Officer at CUNNINGHAM LINDSEY GROUP LTD. Nicholas studied at Wilfrid Laurier University between 1986 and 1990.

Ryan Reeves is a SVP, Chief Client Officer, Litigation and Regulatory at UnitedLex.

Gary Quinn is a SVP, Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer at UnitedLex.

Mike serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, UnitedLex Digital, bringing a 25-year background in technology enabled transformation and professional services. Mike is known for rainmaking sales and delivery, growing businesses and leading top global client relationships. He started his career at Accenture as an analyst and programmer, later selling and delivering large and complex transformations. Mike then joined Deloitte as a Partner for ten years, leading a top 100 “crown jewel” global account. His team became known for delivering with extraordinary quality, which led to growth for the client and Deloitte. Mike earned his BA in Modern History from Oxford University.
