Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and an Executive Leadership Development Certification from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. In 2013, he was named Private Company CFO of the Year by Northern Virginia Technology Council. Since becoming CEO at Deltek, he has been named twice (2015 and 2019) to the Wash100 list - a group of the Top 100 most influential leaders in the government contracting industry.

Mike currently serves as a Group Executive of Software at Roper Technologies. In addition, he is a Board Member for the Year Up National Capital Region (NCR), the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) and a member of the Board of Trustees of Flint Hill School in Oakton, Va.

Decisive leader with a proven record of accomplishment growing profitable businesses, including start-ups, joint ventures and mature entities by building and motivating teams at all levels of an organization.
