Position Summary
The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of fully authorized invoices, including proper coding and classification of expenses across departments. Role's Responsibilities
• Enter invoices and related data into accounting or purchasing systems. Gain proficiency using excel templates that can be used to upload data into accounting software. Gain proficiency in importing data from purchasing to accounting software.
• Ensure accuracy and meaningfulness of data being entered.
• Manage the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payment requests including petty cash, personal allowance, and spenddowns. Regular hrs. 10:30 am - 6:30 pm Monday-Friday.
Responsible for and oversees their assigned site for safety & cleanliness. Insures that minimum of 3 days of groceries, according to regulations is in the house and meets dietary needs.
Monitor link cards and turn in monthly link card report.
Supervises assigned staff including hiring, training, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, etc.
Insures shift coverage and is on call to work sites for shift issues and emergencies. Reduces overtime by having proactive schedule and coverage using part-time and floater staff.
Monitors and maintains all participant financial accounts including, but not limited to: withdrawals, and deposits in accordance to policy and procedures.
Assists in the training process of new employees including the On the Job Training checklist and orientation requirements.

Qualifications:
Associates Degree with 10 years relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of relevant experience specific to mental health and/or field of addiction required. CASAC, L-MSW or LMHC with at least 3 years' experience, preferred. Degree or certification must be in addiction studies, social work, or mental health counseling. Provide nutritional services to the people we support who reside in ACLD's care. These services would consist of individual assessment, coordinating with providers for diet orders and coordinating all implementation and staff training at the residences.

Registered Dietician accredited by the American Dietetics Association
At least one year experience with the developmentally disabled population
A minimum of 85% field work is required
Credentials for providing diabetic training to the Residential Nursing team are also preferred.

Essential Functions
Assess nutritional needs and diet restrictions in accordance with all medical providers and any ancillary service providers to develop and implement dietary-care plans and provide nutritional counseling.
Educate and inform the entire clinical team of healthy choices, menu planning, good nutrition, healthy eating habits and nutritional monitoring that will improve the overall dietary health of the people we support.
Incorporate recommended dietary restrictions affiliated with medical diagnoses (including, but not limited to obesity, diabetes, hypercholerolemia, hypertension and PKU) into menu development.
Assist with recipe development and food shopping choices based on the needs of the people we support.
Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, OSHA and all other quality standards.
Prescribe modified or special diets in a variety of residential settings to people we support who have been identified by their physicians as requiring modified or special diets.
Participate in supervision sessions to discuss plans of care, documentation of nutritional oversight, and any obstacles to the Administration of menu plans as written.
