The Case Manager will be responsible for the overall case management services to clients and manages the necessary charts for homeless individuals. This position reports to the Case Manager Supervisor of Fulton Community Reentry Center. This is an on-site position, and also requires flexibility in scheduling, which includes weekends and evenings. Scheduling for this role is subject to change depending on program needs.
