Waldo Hospital Clerical/Administrative Support For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $3, 000 sign on bonus for Patient Service Representatives (PSRs): Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSR position. This individual will often be the first person a patient sees at a visit and will greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other general office duties assigned. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with federal, state, and MaineHealth confidentiality policies. This individual should be a quick learner, have excellent computer skills, and be able to learn to navigate the EHR.
