**What you'll be doing**
+ Define and evolve the Core Standards framework, establishing the criteria against which third-party Unity packages are measured and verified

+ Craft and evangelize a compelling narrative that connects Core Standards and the Data Developer Framework, helping developers understand how verified packages and data control work together
+ Responsible for leading Package Manager integration strategy, ensuring verified packages are discoverable and easy to adopt

**This internship is for Redmond Washington and will be onsite summer 2026.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in tracking and managing construction costs across multiple projects, using tools like Excel and Power BI.
+ Support the creation and visualization of project data to inform decision-making and reporting.
+ Collaborate with project managers and engineers to review documentation and provide feedback on site and building plans.
+ Participate in site surveys and contribute to the development of project schedules and scope documentation.
+ Help evaluate general contractors and subcontractors based on performance and compliance standards.
+ Contribute to safety, quality, and compliance efforts across construction activities, including adherence to Microsoft policies and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
+ Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience using Power BI or other data visualization tools.
+ Exposure to construction project controls or financial tracking systems.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
+ Demonstrated experience or coursework in cost management, project planning, or construction documentation.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
The base pay range for this internship is USD $4,550.00 - $8,170.00 per month. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $6,210.00 - $9,320.00 per month.
