Responsibilities
Exercise and promote safety in all activities.
Receive pre-sale quote requests and customer prints from Sales department.
Review all customer prints and requirements for producibility, applying advanced engineering principles.
Enter all required information into the UAC Engineering System.
Produce, mill, master, and first article prints for production.
Design secondary tooling gauges, stretcher, and rework tooling using SolidWorks and other engineering tools.
Conduct engineering analysis, including FEA, to ensure tooling integrity and manufacturability.
Maintain inventory of tooling and recommend improvements to optimize production efficiency.
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in tooling design, material selection, and process decisions impacting cost, quality, and delivery.
Develop a working knowledge of shop floor process flow through direct exposure and apply that knowledge to improve die design, tooling performance, and manufacturability.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required, or equivalent relevant experience required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of CAD/Drafting and/or machine shop experience; SolidWorks experience preferred; FEA analysis a plus.
Certifications: None required; SolidWorks certification a plus.
Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

The Promotion Supply Planner within our Sales and Operations Planning Organization is responsible for gathering, monitoring, and distributing critical promotional information to the Customer, Sales, Customer Service, and coordinating with the S&OP team to optimize the balance of brand level inventory across the supply chain network in line with target customer service levels and divisional goals. This role is customer-facing and will require a skillset that enhances GPI's partnership with our customers to align on project requirements, meet key timeline milestones, facilitate successful manufacturing execution and on-time delivery. This role will routinely make recommendations on volume, duration, and timing probabilities to reduce risk and inventory exposure.
Key Accountabilities
* Coordinate with customers and sales on multiple aspects of SKU promotions and limited time offerings (LTOs) including timing, duration, and volume allocations of promotional materials by customer locations and SKUs.
* Accurately analyze, predict, and recommend cannibalization effects to sustaining/stock SKUs where applicable.
* Thoughtfully communicate to the customer GPI's expectations around lead times, minimum runs, etc. and proactively report on project needs and progress.
* Create and manage multiple promotion calendars and liability trackers for a diverse customer base
* Represent and be the "voice" of Promotion Planning for both internal and external stakeholders
* Identify and proactively communicate risks to expected timelines or promotional delivery
* Identify and manage potential promotional inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs and appropriately assign, report, and manage liabilities through to resolution/final close out of projects
* Responsible for managing promotional material master data through MMR process
* Proactively communicate product availability and production plans to customer service team, customer, sales and other internal stakeholders
Required Skills
* Experience managing multiple concurrent and consecutive time-sensitive projects involving several stage gates with inputs and deliverables to/from both internal and external stakeholders
* Experience providing exceptional event-related service to an organization's customers coupled with an eye toward managing costs and recovering costs from our customers in adherence to their contractual terms
* Proven ability to effectively collaborate, negotiate, and influence both internal and external stakeholders using data-based analysis and logic.

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning all mechanical maintenance work, developing safe and effective job plans, and analyzing maintenance data to improve scheduling, execution, and overall equipment reliability. The planner ensures all documentation, procedures, and work packages support safe, efficient, and high‑quality maintenance activities.

* Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors to define PM tasks, frequencies, labor needs, and documentation.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or Business discipline.
* 4+ years of experience as a maintenance planner/scheduler using a CMMS.

* Familiarity with SAP, AutoCAD, or other drafting systems.

The Training Analyst develops, directs, plans, and evaluates training programs or activities to meet site learning objectives.

OT Asset Governance & Service Management Sr Analyst
POSITION SCOPE:
This position supports the GPI Strategic and operational business objectives by supporting the IT Asset Management efforts to track the assets/CIs associated with the OT Network for the Mills and Converting locations.
The OT Asset Manager will work with the business unit operational management and the Senior Manager Manufacturing Technology to identify, capture, and maintain accurate asset/CI data within the ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Table. The OT Asset Manager will lead the effort in creating the process to capture and update the OT Assets to maintain accurate records for tracking the asset's life cycle and the associated maintenance and software licenses for the CI's.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive the maturity of OT Asset Governance and Service Management (OTSM) by defining and implementing scalable processes aligned with industry's best practices.
* Establish governance frameworks for OT assets within ServiceNow CMDB using the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to ensure consistency, compliance, and integration with ITSM processes.
* Collaborate with PTLG leaders and the MOST Team to capture OT-related requirements, demonstrate business value, and increase adoption of OTSM practices.
* Implement and continuously improve Incident Management processes and procedures for OTSM within ServiceGPI, working closely with the IT Incident Management SME to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
* Partner with Change Management, ITSM, and Governance Process Owners to ensure alignment and shared understanding of OT processes across IT leadership, enabling cohesive decision-making and platform integration.
* Develop, execute, and maintain processes for accurate data collection, quality, completeness, and integration within the CMDB for OT Assets & CI's.
* Manage inventory of OT Configuration Items (CIs) and assets, including dependencies and attributes, ensuring accurate recording of modifications, withdrawals, and additions in ServiceNow CMDB.
* Proactively review CI inventory and perform reconciliation analysis to maintain data integrity.
* Collaborate with the IT CMDB Configuration Manager to manage OT CI models and class records, minimizing duplicate data through normalization and creating new OT models/classes as needed.
* Work closely with asset owners and partners to maintain CI/Asset data integrity, supporting IT Manufacturing processes.
* Manage Manufacturing IT Standards and ensure compliance with governance policies.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

**MISSION / SUMMARY:**
The Process Control Engineer will report directly to the Process Control Manager. This position serves as a point position for all facets of day-to-day process control support in an area of the facility. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities and qualifications:
**JOB FUNCTIONS:**
Job functions include, but are not limited to the following.
+ Support daily and breakdown maintenance activities, especially those related to troubleshooting of DCS, QCS, and PLC systems with their associated I/O systems, HMI displays, and field devices.
+ Provide process control engineering and configuration resources for capital projects.
+ Support of process control systems after hours and on rotating on call duty.
+ Both review and create the following types of documentation for new and existing systems: loop sheets and logic.

+ Assesses overall system health continually through diagnostics and other system tools.

**BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:**
+ Configuration and troubleshooting experience with DCS and PLC systems, including their connected HMI displays (Honeywell Experion and TDC3000 DCS, ABB QCS, and Control Logix PLC experience are beneficial)

+ Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the area (remove stray cartons, sweep up, etc.) performed during make ready.
+ Support and Develop (Lean) initiatives (5s, TPM, Daily Management).
+ Will show up for work between 5 and 15 minutes prior to shift start time, unless otherwise directed by supervisor or department manager.

Internship opportunities may exist in the areas of Accounting, Marketing, Graphic Design, Finance, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Information Technology, and other support functions. Interns in these fields will work on a variety of hands-on projects.
**Background Experience**
+ Prior experience may include internships, co-op assignments, summer jobs, volunteer work, leadership roles in student or college affiliated organizations, and/or full-time or part-time positions. Work experience related to field of study is desirable.
+ Prior experiences must demonstrate initiative, intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, success managing multiple priorities, and working well in a team under deadline pressure.
**Education Experience**
+ Seeking an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, Engineering Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other related degree.
+ Relationship-building skills to work with division leadership and cross-functional teams.
+ Advanced degree is considered but not required
**Work Environment:**
+ Sitting or standing for extended periods of time (up to 8-hours).
+ Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs).
+ Extended reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
+ Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.
+ Generally, your schedule is an 8-hour M-F assignment; however, internship and co-op experience might involve
+ extracurricular, "get out in the world" activity. You may work alternate schedules occasionally if needed,
+ including early mornings, nights, and/or weekends.
**Travel:** Occasional overnight travel that could include flying or driving.
