Job Description
As a Traffic Control Flagger, you will play a crucial role in:
Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using the proper equipment.
Collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all.
Managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles.
Delivering exceptional service and protection to our clients.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 lbs.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
Driving experience, a plus
Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test as this is a safety sensitive role.
Additional Information
Competitive Pay: Starting Pay $16 -$17/hour guaranteed pay increase within the first year. Overtime opportunities. Starting pay may increase based on experience

Collect data during sessions and maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency policies, Medicaid, and private insurance requirements. Prepare therapy materials and maintain a safe, organized treatment environment. Support caregiver education by modeling strategies and providing home programming guidance under SLP direction.
INDIVIDUALIZED THERAPY
Provide individualized, direct therapy services to children with disabilities or developmental delays, strictly adhering to the established Plan of Care. Conduct focused therapy sessions in individual settings to maximize client progress. Ensure completion of authorized therapy visits within the authorization timeframe, proactively managing scheduling and communicating with the supervising SLP.
PRESCHOOL INCLUSION COLLABORATION
Assist in fostering inclusive preschool environments by supporting the development of Preschool Inclusion Plans (PIPs) and Classroom Inclusion Plans (CIPs) under SLP guidance. Prepare adaptive materials and visuals to support classroom inclusion. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and family meetings as needed.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
Attend monthly team meetings and agency trainings to ensure family and child outcomes are met.
Perform other duties to support the delivery and quality of services provided to Brighton families.
QUALIFICATIONS
