Position Summary
The Sr. Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for managing the preparation and distribution of periodic financial statements for external use. Ensures that reports, filings, and documentation comply with company's regulations, professional standards, and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines.

•Prepare and/or review accounting research and documentation supporting the accounting treatment of transactions through application of US GAAP•Understand and implement all new SEC and GAAP requirements and disseminate to the global organization to ensure appropriate accounting and reporting•Manage the timely preparation of all SEC filings as part of the financial reporting team•Manage and improve the Company's reporting process and supporting infrastructure•Support all other potential SEC filings in support of disclosures, financings, and other transactions•Review all supporting documentation related to SEC filings•Review all contracts and determine appropriate accounting treatment•Assist legal team during contract preparation to ensure best accounting treatment•Lead quarterly regional contract review sessions with legal and regional accounting teams•Prepare and review ASC 606 checklists on revenue related contracts•Assist in the identification of policies and procedures for SOX compliance and assist in the development and implementation of such policies and procedures•Assist with oversight of external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits•Manage the company's Workiva relationship•Ad hoc projects
Supervisory Responsibilities - List Teams/Groups•Financial Reporting Analyst
Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience•Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience including significant experience as an independent auditor in a Big 4 firm and private industry in SEC reporting.•Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory, project management, or team leadership experience•Strong current technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial disclosure requirements and techniques.•Understanding and experience with SOX internal control requirements.•Extensive experience in the preparation and presentation of financial statements under guidelines established by the SEC and US GAAP.•Experience in evaluating pronouncements of the FASB and SEC and in implementing required procedures for compliance with such pronouncements.•Energy and passion for the industry•Excellent verbal and written communication skills•Must be able to work in a fast-paced device development environment

Communicating with IT about kiosk technology issues that require additional servicing
Verifying that customers' carry-on baggage complies with FAA/American Airlines polices (e.g., size, quantity)
Verifying and clearing travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) for customers traveling internationally (e.g., using the Timatic database available in the kiosk)
Assisting customers with checked baggage processing (e.g., completing credit card transaction, self-tagging, verifying weight)
Queuing lines in ticket counter areas based on departure times or type of assistance needed (e.g., special assistance, to reduce volume of lines or wait time)
Accepting and activating customers' self-tagged baggage at the activation station
Physically moving baggage throughout the ticket counter area (e.g., move checked baggage to belt, move oversized bags to designated oversized baggage location)
Assisting customers with checking their assistive devices, sporting equipment, and other oversized items (e.g., verify adherence to appropriate policies)
Refer customers to customer service agents when appropriate
Performing clearance and verification of documents at kiosks
Assisting with the physical movement of non-ambulatory customers as they board, deplane, or otherwise move throughout the gate and larger terminal area
Assisting unaccompanied minors with boarding, deplaning, or other transportation
Providing customers with gate information and directions

+ Provide after-hours on-call telephone support and direct escalation support to Customer Engineers and Customer Solution Specialists (CSS). Mentor CSS to improve call resolution and author product knowledge articles to increase effectiveness. Establish and monitor procedures to maintain the integrity and quality of the Service problem/solution database.
+ Partner with Service field leadership to identify, escalate, and resolve customer issues through the Alert process. Recommend corrective actions based on product expertise, provide on-site support when required, and develop escalation pathways to CMSC (Japan) and Canon Medical Research (CMRU). + **CMSC & NPI Support**
+ Differentiate product issues from routine service issues and investigate root causes. Serve as a technical liaison between Front Line teams and CMSC to identify, quantify, and resolve ongoing product concerns. Provide technical expertise to the CMSU Business Unit during NPI activities.
+ **Training Academy Support**
+ Contribute technical knowledge to the development of training curriculum aligned with evolving business needs. Support instructional delivery, lab oversight, and competency assessments as required.
+ **Overall Service & Business Performance**
+ Analyze InTouch cases to identify trends, recurring issues, and root causes across processes, hardware, software, and logistics. Develop and promote standardized troubleshooting methodologies, technical bulletins, and best practices that improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs. Establish measurement systems, influence service information systems, and provide financial impact analysis to support profitability-driven corrective actions.
+ **Customer & Internal Technical Support**
+ Work directly with eligible external customers to remotely troubleshoot and resolve product issues via phone and remote tools. Collaborate with Clinical Support teams to analyze complex issues, monitor service alerts from installed systems, escalate issues as needed, and generate knowledge articles in accordance with established P&P.

Fraud Analyst and or analytical experience is no longer a nice to have but a really need to have requirement. Strong candidates without this experience can be considered but will not be priority.
The Fraud Analyst II reviews customer accounts for the prevention and detection of possible Fraud. Responsible for more involved research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type. The incumbent will complete inbound and outbound calls and take appropriate action based on transaction characteristics of greater complexity. The incumbent may perform back office functions related to research and resolution of fraudulent activity and service support. Assesses the level of risk and makes decisions which directly impact the customer experience and risk to Bank of America. Reviews and analyzes accounts and customer situations that may require differentiated treatment or specialized resolution. Experience is gained through training, following established procedures and guidelines and research utilizing multiple systems and tools. Typically reports to Fraud Detection/Prevention Supervisor
Pay Rate Basis:
Tier I: Fraud and Call Center Exp
Tier II: Fraud and no Call Center or Call Center and no Fraud
Tier III: No Call Center and no Fraud but good customer service exp
Qualifications
Customer Service/Call Center assessment is a REQUIREMENT and the test score MUST be 80% or higher for submission
Customer service experience, demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer service
Proven history of dependability
Proficient with computers. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs
Experience working in a team environment
