Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist III is a senior-level recruiting professional responsible for leading complex, high?impact hiring initiatives across the organization. Operating within a decentralized HR model, this role partners closely with hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure strategic alignment, process consistency, and exceptional talent outcomes. This role functions as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on talent acquisition best practices, workforce planning, and candidate engagement. The Specialist III also plays a key role in mentoring junior recruiters, championing compliance, and contributing to enterprise-wide recruiting improvements. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical, niche, or executive-level roles across business units. Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with workforce planning goals. Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs and hard-to-fill positions Guide hiring managers in role definition, creation, interview planning, and candidate evaluation. Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and talent marketing to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
