Job Summary:
Finisher employees are responsible for completing the production of a quality product in the most efficient manner possible.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure quality in the items they produce.
Maintain all equipment used in the finishing process.
Notify the Production Supervisor of any problems or questions with equipment.
Keep production area clean, neat, and organized.
Communicate any problems or potential problems with other employees to the Production Supervisor.
Assist in Quality Checks and Packaging.
Work with office staff as a team, and with respect.
Effectively and efficiently manage time.
Qualifications:

SUMMARY:
The Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, un-packing/packing material, palletizing, cycle counting, shipping, quality control, and data entry. Duties include pulling material to production area(s) for scheduled jobs, cycle counts, receiving stocking, shipping and maintaining accurate records on material movements.

* Design robust, parametric 3D models to support new product development.

Summary: Position will be responsible to collect and provide inspection data/capability data to help analyze and solve quality issues. Position will work with Manufacturing Engineers to make changes and improvements to product designs, standard work instructions, engineering standards and specifications, and manufacturing processes. Ensure personnel of newly acquired operations are trained to comply with company policy and federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations
Assist with employment and human-resources related legal matters
Review, interpret and negotiate contracts
Participate in the completion of real estate purchase and sale transactions as part of M&A
Research substantive law and prepare various reports as required
Manage the compliance portion of the due diligence process related to mergers and acquisitions
Prepare reports for the Board of Directors related to the M&A process
Participate in the integration and on-boarding of acquired targets
Assist in providing legal support for initiatives within the company's corporate venture capital group
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
Law degree (JD) from an ABA-accredited US law school.
Admitted to practice law in at least one state.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney with experience in M&A transactions.
