We only do 10% Commercial Roofing so the focus is Residential. Proven success managing multiple departments, project workflows, budgets, and operational KPIs. Strong working knowledge of roofing systems, installation processes, safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred due to workforce structure but not necessary. Demonstrated ability to lead through change, develop future leaders, and build a high-performing team culture. Experience with CRM, production, or operational platforms (AccuLynx, Monday.com, etc.) is a plus. OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain.
