Essential Job Functions (within realm of assigned area(s) or function(s)) * Ensuring that all functions/duties of assigned areas are consistently performed to or above Practice standards. * Ensures the clinical aspects of assigned functions/locations run as smoothly as possible, coordinating with other departments or managers as necessary.
* Assists with, coordinates, and/or manages recruitment, employee development, and training in assigned areas/functions.
* Responsible for administrative functions in assigned areas/functions including, but not limited to, time and attendance administration, PTO approval and input in coordination with Sr. Manager, schedule coordination, etc.
* Assist in and/or are responsible for mentoring, training, and disciplining assigned team members whose performance is below clinic standards and expectations.
* Clinical Managers are responsible for effectively working with other teams, both administrative and Optical to ensure the Clinic runs smoothly and patients are handled expertly.
* Assist with coordination of Provider workflow on a daily basis where they are assigned and work collaboratively with the other Clinical Managers to coordinate staff resources based on skills, experience and availability.
* Contribute to and/or perform clinical skills evaluations, coordinating with other members of Clinical Services management team.
