Job Overview:
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will take ownership of outreach with local businesses, networking organizations, and senior living facilities, while also leading hospital participation in community health fairs, public events, and local partnerships that support our mission of providing high-quality care close to home.
General Responsibilities:
* Independently plan, coordinate, and represent the hospital at community outreach events and business networking opportunities.
* Track marketing metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance and community engagement
* Support internal communications efforts, including employee newsletters and recognition events
* Coordinate photography, videography, and storytelling for hospital events, patient stories, and community initiatives.
* Coordinate logistics for hospital-sponsored public events, screenings, and outreach programs.
* Serve as hospital liaison to community organizations, chambers of commerce, and local civic groups.
* Develop and foster relationships with local EMS providers and senior living facilities.
* Work collaboratively with clinical and service line leaders to promote health education initiatives.
* Manage event calendars, promotional item inventory, and community sponsorship requests.
* Track budgets and assist with vendor coordination and invoicing.
* Provide administrative and creative support for the Marketing and Communications team as needed.
* Identify new outreach opportunities and propose creative ways to strengthen the hospital's community connections.
* Manage event logistics from start to finish, including setup, materials, and follow-up.
* Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate marketing collateral, giveaways, and promotional materials.
* Assist in coordination of UTC Mall events and activities.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing/communication required.
* 3-5 years of marketing, community relations, or public outreach experience required
* Healthcare experience preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Revenue Cycle Specialist plays a pivotal role in working with IPM Market Leadership to drive consistency in 'front-end' workflows and business processes that will help the Market maximize revenue along with enhanced patient satisfaction. Qualifications

Job Overview:
Under the direction of the Director of Surgical Services, the Physician Assistant (PA) in the Surgery Department provides advanced clinical support to surgeons and patients across pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care. General Responsibilities:
* Practices in accordance with acceptable medical standards.
* Informs each patient that he or she is not a physician, works under the direction of a fully licensed physician experienced in the specialty in which the PA will practice.
* Reviews all historical and physical data according to medical staff by-laws and regulations.
* In an emergency situation, may render emergency medical services necessary to avoid disability or death of an injured person until a doctor arrives.
* Prepares admission orders and performs detailed histories and physicals on assigned surgery patients.
