Maintain production equipment to run at required specifications. Notify supervision of any PM inadequacies or parts shortages. Coordinate and complete preventive maintenance without impacting production schedule. Conduct general troubleshooting and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems. Quickly respond to service calls for machine repairs and adjustments. Determine what tools are needed to effectively complete work orders. Determine if the corrective maintenance job is one of a repetitive nature. If so, develop a process to eliminate the reoccurrence. Adhere to FDA regulations, GMP, ISO Standards, and safety protocols. Other Key Responsibilities: Adhere to company and OSHA safety guidelines and support safety activities such as safety audits and adherence of wearing personal protective equipment.
