Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
2. Experience: Program Therapist requires a minimum of one year of experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills.
3. License: Must possess a state license as an LMSW, LCSW, LPC Intern, LPC, LMFT-A or LMFT. Staff are encouraged to pursue LCSW licensure.
4. Additional Requirements: CPR Certification and CPI training in accordance with New Hire policy must be completed prior to providing direct patient care services. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

POSITION SUMMARY
Under administrative and clinical supervision of the Regional MedicalDirector, the Site MedicalDirector is responsible for promoting and providing high-quality medical care. Requirements
Education:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or health-related field.
Credentials:
Independently licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required.
Supervisory credential if required by state regulations.
CPR Certification required.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years' management setting familiarity, with continuous Quality Improvement, JC standards, ASAM criteria and Insurance Company MNC.
Five or more years of Addiction Services/Treatment experience.

The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for providing 24-hour management of all clinical functions of the facility, in conjunction with the Clinical Director. Together with the Clinical Director, the Assistant CD is responsible for providing effective leadership to the clinical staff, has knowledge of the organization, provides marketing support for the facility, and directs all activities within the facility in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations.
CORE JOB DUTIES:
Works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the
following:
Assists Clinical Director in developing effective clinical programming and ensures staff compliance to the curriculum.
Assists Clinical Director with proficiently auditing documentation to ensure compliance to company policy, state regulations, Joint Commission standards, ASAM standards, and Medical
Needs Criteria. This Includes:
a. Biopsychosocial Assessment (72 hours)
b. Comprehensive Problem List
c. Integrated Master Treatment Plan and Updates (24 - 72 hours based on payor)
d. ASAMs (24 hours, based on state standards)
e. Individual, family and group therapy session notes (24 hours)
f. Discharge Summary (72 hours)
Uses substance abuse and co-occurring therapeutic interventions and de-escalation techniques to assist patients with accomplishing all treatment plans goals and objectives and successfully complete treatment.
Provide and monitors group therapy sessions to ensure quality programming is delivered and to ensure compliance to the program curriculum.
Assesses patient for substance use disorders, risk to self or others and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Effectively manage a 50% caseload.
Provide coaching and mentoring to clinicians.
Review and sign off on documentation as directed by Clinical Director.
Works closely with the Clinical Director to ensure all clinical staff are meeting 92% compliance on facility metrics. Provides at least twice monthly feedback/coaching sessions with staff to improve lagging metrics.
Monitors staff's performance, providing coaching and discipline as needed to ensure peakperformance.
Identifies areas for improvement within the department by analyzing data and developing, implementing, and documenting plans for improvement and outcomes.
Provides Clinical Supervision to clinicians who are not independently licensed/certified.
Provides trainings to Clinical department and other department as required by Clinical Director.
Requirements
ducation:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related human services field.
Credentials:
Independently licensed in the State of practice (FL) required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health related fields
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years' of work experience in mental health field required.
