Randy joined the Universal Pure team in 2016. As a graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology / Management, Randy’s career has spanned positions at GrafTech International, Thomas & Betts, Kohler Company, and 3M Company. Prior to joining Universal Pure, Randy has been recognized for his leadership skills in improving safety, productivity, developing a quality culture while streamlining operations with proven Lean Manufacturing Concepts.

Results-producing executive with a proven track record in leading and planning growth strategies to deliver business goals. Exceptional leadership skills; able to build and guide top-performing teams creating a culture of open communication and collaboration. Experienced in acquisitions and divestitures including due diligence and seamless integration. Strong and effective business partner skilled at effectively communicating complex business plans and strategy.

Tom has over twenty-five years of domestic and international experience in the food ingredients, food processing and food packaging industries. Most recently, Tom served as Vice President of Sales for Avure Technologies focusing on the global strategy and growth for Avure’s high pressure food processing systems. Prior to joining Avure Technologies, Tom spent seven years at Tree Top, Inc., where he was Vice President of Business Development. Tom spent fourteen years with Tetra Pak, the global leader in processing and packaging for liquid food products, where he held positions of progressive management and leadership responsibility. Tom holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor Degree from the University of San Diego. He is also a former commissioned officer in the United States Navy Reserve.
