    Job Purpose: The Garde Manger prepares artistic displays and composes trays as well specification designed salads, sandwiches, canapés, desserts, sauces, and all cold food preparations according to designated preparation methods. Responsibilities and Associated Duties: Under the direction of the General Manager, the Garde Manger's primary responsibility is to innovative and artistic displays, spec-trays, quality salads, sandwiches, canapés, desserts and sauces and any cold preparation, which the General Manager directs. The Garde Manger prepares all displays and menu items according to Air Culinaire preparation methods while maintaining Air Culinaire Standards. * The Garde Manger is one of the leading culinary professionals in the ACW kitchen and will conduct himself or herself in the utmost professional manner whether they are directing prep cooks and fellow team members or working with external customers and peers. * This position is responsible to work with the Expo and prioritize orders, ensure the use of the freshest ingredients, accuracy in preparation, quality assurance, order finalization, and the use of appropriate packaging and labeling, and overall compliance with ACES specifications associated with all Air Culinaire client orders. * The Garde Manger is responsible to verify that food quality and specifications match the kitchen issued specification in ACES. * This position is responsible for prioritizing food production orders, quality assurance, verifying the use of proper trays and packaging - and the overall compliance with ACES specifications associated with all Air Culinaire specifications and ACES orders. * Ensure food quality, use ACW specifications at all times and ensure that the food matches the presentation provided in the specifications. * Additional duties to include driving, shopping, cleaning, and helping in kitchen. * Additionally, the Garde Manger will participate in the process of training and directing Air Culinaire team members, take time to teach, train and audit all trays and displays to ensure food safety and HACCP compliance. Under the supervision of the General Manager, i.e., the Driver will be responsible for managing the timeliness of the final product that will be delivered to the appropriate location. Responsibilities and Associated Duties: The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering catering orders and concierge items in a safe and timely manner in compliance with Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW) Standard Operating Procedures. Additionally, the Driver will participate in the process of directly serving the ACW customers and obtaining feedback from them regarding our product and service, which they will relay to the Catering Director, Catering Specialist, Sous Chef, and General Manager as required. They will be an on-site problem solver in the event of situations arising that require immediate action, and the Driver will be provided the authority to make decisions to solve the problem following company procedures related to customer satisfaction, safety, and cost. The Driver is responsible for driving safely under the laws and safety guidelines of the state(s) they drive in and always be courteous and careful to avoid accidents and dangerous situations while on the road. The driver is responsible to maintain the vehicle fleet, clean the vehicle they use and remove all trash, clean the vehicle a minimum of one time per week and ensure that the Geotab signal and FOB are in working order, and will always fill the gas tank before returning to the kitchen on their final run. Further responsibilities may include picking up supplies as needed in the course of business and routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance. Understand and maintain quality control and food-safety procedures of food products during delivery. This role will also craft and implement an exceptional route, network, and schedule strategy while continuously re-evaluating the competitive landscape and historical results. * Oversees the Monitoring and evaluation of existing routes in the network and recommend capacity and/or schedule adjustments to maximize the financial performance of the network. * Lead the Evaluation and forecast the integration of potential new routes into the network using existing methods as well as innovating new methods into the network processes. * Lead the development of network & fleet deployment strategies based on company strategic initiatives and heavy consideration for the competitive environment. * Lead the work across multiple teams including and not limited to revenue management, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of the network strategy. * Monitor and evaluate existing routes in the network and recommend capacity and/or schedule adjustments to maximize the financial performance of the network * Evaluate and forecast the integration of potential new routes into the network using existing methods as well as innovating new methods into the network process * Assist in the development of network and fleet deployment strategies based on company strategic initiatives and heavy consideration for the competitive environment * Assist in working across multiple departments including but not limited to pricing and revenue management, marketing, and various operational teams to ensure seamless execution of the network strategy * Contribute to the development of medium- and long-term business plans, including key inputs in areas such as network growth/development and fleet planning * Participate in monthly profitability performance reviews for network planning, commercial, and executive teams * Prepare and present industry competitive change summaries and analysis to C-level management on a weekly basis * Generate and disseminate reports to applicable internal and external parties, including preparing the commercial items for quarterly earnings calls review with the CCO and sending weekly competitive capacity change reports Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, related field or equivalent experience. * 4-6 years' experience in Network Planning, Scheduling, Revenue Mgt or related analytical field. * Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint * Extensive experience data mining and developing analysis * Knowledge of airline operation, economics, planning and scheduling a plus * Ability to speak Spanish a plus * Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to articulate views convincingly. * Flexible and open-minded - not rooted in traditional structures or approaches. * Navigate complex decisions where "judgement calls" must be made with limited or incomplete information. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, each with competing priorities. * Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to read several moves ahead of the market and schedule moves. * Willing to try things in a different and unique way (think outside the box). * A "quick study" who can grasp issues quickly and not hindered by an overly bureaucratic and structured approach to solving problems. * Creative and innovative - capable of driving the creation of new ideas and solutions. * Communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels, both internally and externally. * Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization including C-Suite. * Able to present to external governmental representatives in a comprehensive and professional manner. * Physical Requirements: General Population - Low Activity Lifting Requirements: Seldom lift up to 10 lbs, such as small office supplies or documents. Pushing/Pulling: Seldom pushing/pulling of light items within the workspace. Standing/Sitting Requirements: Primarily seated work, with occasional standing for brief tasks. Bending/Kneeling/Reaching: Occasional reaching within arm's length to retrieve materials. Coordination: Basic manual coordination for standard office tasks (e.g., typing, using office equipment). Vision/Auditory Requirements: Clear vision for reading documents and screens; clear hearing for standard communication. Environmental Conditions: Indoor, climate-controlled environment.
