    The Clinical Assistant Professor will teach masters and undergraduate literacy courses via on-campus, online, and hybrid formats and provide service related to practicum experiences and culminating projects within the Department of Literacy Teaching and Learning. The Clinical Assistant Professor will advise both new and continuing students and facilitate workshops and orientations. They will also engage in curriculum development and support accreditation. This 12-month position will have an initial one-year appointment that is renewable annually. Primary Responsibilities: * Teaching, online and on campus, including a 2+2+2 load. * Program coordination and service: * Assist in organizing practica, on campus and online (i.e., build and maintain partnerships with school districts and community organizations, arrange logistics, track students, attend school and university based student celebrations). Assist in collection and maintenance of data for accreditation. * Coordinate MS culminating projects (i.e. facilitate online information sessions, review capstone projects, support student revisions). * Advise online and on-campus masters students. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science at Binghamton University invites applications from experts in Microelectronics for a tenured faculty position at the Full Professor level. This position will carry the title of Professor of Empire Innovation, and is supported in part by SUNY's Empire Innovation Program (EIP), a key initiative to recruit and retain faculty with an established track record of research and scholarship in areas of strategic priority. They will be expected to lead in pursuing large funding opportunities from federal and state agencies besides industry partners and enhance the collaborative research ecosystem involving multiple campus units across Binghamton University. Position Title Assistant/Associate Professor of Health Administration Position Number 896831 Position Category School/Division School of Health Sciences Department Full-Time or Part-Time Full-Time Description Hofstra University, a private, nonsectarian, co-educational institution, is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor faculty position in the graduate program in Health Administration beginning in Fall 2026. Professional research and/or teaching experience in data analytics, health information systems, artificial intelligence, quality/process improvement, regulatory policies, or health care operations and management is preferred. Exceptional candidates with experience in related areas will be considered. The successful candidate will instruct graduate students in the Master of Health Administration program. In addition, the candidate will mentor and advise students, maintain an active and collaborative research agenda, and actively participate in and contribute to Department and University committees and services. DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM AND DEPARTMENT: * Hofstra's Master of Health Administration (MHA) is a large and dynamic program that draws both early and mid-career students from across the health care continuum. The MHA is offered both as an asynchronous online program and an on-campus CAHME accredited program. Academic based faculty as well as health care executives provide expertise and resources to the program offering students a rich theoretical and applied foundation in health care administration. * The Department of Population Health is a dynamic community with over 700 students, 350 undergraduate students in Community Health and Health Science, and another 400 graduate students in our three graduate programs: Master of Public Health, Master of Health Administration, and Master of Science in Health Informatics. The Department of Population Health resides in the School of Health Sciences, along with three other departments: Allied Health and Kinesiology; Counseling and Mental Health Professions and Speech, Language, Hearing Sciences. Thus, there are many exciting opportunities for inter-professional collaboration. * The community in which we are located enhances our programs. Qualifications * Candidates must hold a doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, DrPH, DHA, JD, MD) by August 1, 2026, in Health Administration, Public Health, Health Policy, Global Health, Sociomedical Sciences, Epidemiology, Health Care Law or closely related population health disciplines (includes, but are not limited to, Health Economics, Law, Psychology, and Public Policy).
