How would you improve University at Buffalo's culture?

I had to be a ghostwriter for a DEI-chosen foreign national who was hired but was unable to perform their job responsibilities, which included writing in correct English. DEI biases corrupt the hiring system. Anti-meritocratic hiring and promotion.

Lower than average. Unsustainable salaries for graduate assistants.

DEI obsession. Promotion of unqualified people of color for well-paid jobs even though they couldn't perform the job responsibilities.
