Budget & Compliance Oversight Manage vendor relationships and purchase supplies within budget guidelines. Adhere to OSHA/EPA standards and maintain required logs and records. Conduct monthly safety meetings and ensure compliance with ADA requirements. Property Integrity Ensure cleanliness of grounds, breezeways, and common areas. Maintain shop organization, inventory, and equipment logs. Respond to emergencies and provide on-call coverage as needed. Qualifications Student housing work experience required (not just preferred). 2-3 years of hands-on maintenance experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Supervisory experience in multifamily or student housing. HVAC/EPA certification required. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy loads, work weekends/on-call, and manage multiple priorities.
