Our firm was established in 1991 and we focus mainly on consumer bankruptcy and family law. We currently have two family law attorneys and are looking to add to the team. We will consider a recent graduate admitted to the Florida Bar with a strong track record of an interest in family law or an experienced family law attorney. We understand that a recent graduate will need mentorship and training and we are willing to do this as we have done for other attorneys in the past. We will also consider an associate with Family Law willing to paid on a percentage of fees collected as an alternative to straight salary. This will reward hard work. Salary is also dependent on experience.

Coordinate bulk loading activities with customer drivers and sales personnel.
Inspect railcars and bulk trucks prior to loading.
Operate locomotive, or car puller to move or position railcars in place for loading or unloading or to transfer railcars to switching tracks.
Operate front end loader, forklift, manlift, and other mobile equipment as required.
Operate controls to convey proper cement/aggregate product to railcar or bulk truck. Close hatches on railcars and seals.

Plan and manage all details for events sold, including: TPP input, final details, pack lists, final client meetings, and communication with other departments of Good Food to ensure successful planning and execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact with clients as their events move toward the event day. Examples of those client responsibilities include but are not limited to: proposal revisions, coordinating/staffing site visits and tastings, confirming menus + final guest counts and linen colors/rental decisions, coordinating and relaying sub vendor details and plans to clients.

Build CADs/Tech Packs/construction Detail Pages/ maintain sample BOMs
Complete ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
• Strong garment development process, fabrics, patterns, and construction
• Strong digital sketching ability
• Strong sense of color story, style and fit terminology
• Strong ability to clearly communicate silhouettes and detailed garment construction through tech pack creation and CADS
• Strong ability to design within cost parameters/wearability
• Strong ability to make artwork and prints
• Knowledgeable and consistently up-to-date with market/runway trends and the Yellow customer's needs

SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision, process all incoming orders from Sales force, customers, and BAKEMARK affiliates assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Download PSP orders into NDS system after review and correction of ROE Edit List.
When necessary, manually enter orders into NDS or PSP system.
Reviews and corrects Order File Status Report. Transfers order file for routing.
Notify customers or sales reps. of customer item “outs”.
Ensures COAs, and Spec Sheets are provided to Customers as necessary.
Daily invoicing of credit memos.
Credit and Collections Answers telephone and direct calls to appropriate person.
Research customer, Sales Rep and BAKEMARK Affiliate inquiries.
Back up to Will-Call and other positions as directed by Supervisor.
Provide Sales Representative vacation relief.
Files documents as directed.
Assist Office Supervisor with back-office duties as needed, such as cash handling and NDS data input.
Treat all customers both externally and internal with dignity and respect.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.
Other duties will be assigned as needed to meet company goals and objectives.
