Cons of working at University Hospitals

At least in my department, management training was non-existent. My immediate manager had never been in a management role before and turned out to be a cruel micromanager. I had to file a complaint.

I was proud to work for UH because of their commitment to providing outstanding professional care above anything else. The work was fulfilling. The caregivers I worked with were patient and kind.
