Department:School of Social Work Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties:Teach Social Work classes and manage all aspects of the classroom experience. Communicate content to students, follow the course outline, provide timely student feedback, and provide office hours or organized time to meet students via Zoom if needed. Qualifications: Required Education and/or Experience: MSW from a CSWE-accredited School of Social Work OR related Field; Willingness to teach main campus and/or online synchronous and asynchronous courses. Preferred Education and/or Experience: At least two years of social work practice experience; LCSW credential (or LCSW eligible if not currently licensed in Arkansas); Five years of social work practice; Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or master's level; Experience working with students as an adjunct faculty, field instructor, and/or liaison. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Teaching courses, holding office hours/meetings with students via Zoom if needed, and answering student emails/general inquiries; Meeting with the lead instructor of the course to facilitate the course successfully; Grading student assignments in a timely manner.
