I am an experienced administrator, head of operations, project manager, writer, and strategic advisor to senior leadership, most prominently for university chancellors and leaders. Equity and inclusion issues are of particular interest to me, especially around underrepresented communities in the public sector (researchers, students, staff, and faculty). My doctoral research reviewed staff of color underrepresentation at the highest levels of leadership at large public universities.
