Responsibilities Under close supervision, the employee provides general maintenance and custodial support for Beall Applied Innovation (BAI) operations. Job duties include moving furniture to support subtenants and a busy event venue schedule. Other job duties include patching, painting, minor carpentry, fix-it work, performing preventive maintenance projects, minor furniture repairs, and other general maintenance tasks as assigned. The employee must demonstrate the ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
