    The Opportunity The Department of Finance and Dr. Phillips School of Real Estate in the College of Business Administration at the University of Central Florida (UCF) invites applications for a 9-month, tenured or tenure-earning assistant professor or associate professor. The position is located on the main UCF Orlando campus with an anticipated start date in Fall 2025. Phillips School of Real Estate, has 20 full-time faculty members, including 16 tenured and tenure-track faculty. In addition to the Finance Ph.D. program, the department offers a Professional Master of Real Estate (P.M.R.E.) degree and undergraduate degrees in finance and real estate. The department's Masters in FinTech degree program was launched in Fall 2022. With some 8,500 undergraduate and 1,000 graduate students enrolled, the UCF College of Business Administration is one of the largest AACSB-accredited business colleges in the nation.
