The Opportunity:
The UCF IT within Facilities and Business Operations is seeking to hire a Technology Change Management Specialist III. This role is responsible for executing the university's organizational change management strategy by developing clear, timely, and accessible user-facing communications and training that drive adoption of new or enhanced information technology services. The Technology Change Management Specialist III creates a variety of content-including emails, websites, quick-start guides, microlearning modules, videos, webinars, and office-hours sessions-designed to help users successfully adapt to technological changes. This position gathers user feedback, measures engagement, and iterates materials to improve first-task success and reduce support demand. The Specialist partners closely with Information Technology leadership, project management, communications, and knowledge management teams to ensure that all content maintains high standards of quality, accessibility, and findability across the knowledge base, service portal, and other platforms used for IT support and communication.

Responsibilities:
* Execute formal organizational change management strategies for major UCF IT initiatives using structured methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
* Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to identify resistance, training needs, and communication gaps; develop and implement mitigation plans.
* Integrate OCM activities into project plans in collaboration with the OCM Lead, IT leadership, Project Management Office (PMO), technical teams, and executive sponsors.
* Plan and facilitate demos, roadshows, webinars, and office hours to engage faculty, staff, and students; capture user feedback and questions to refine materials and improve user experience.
* Develop message maps and editorial plans for each initiative; produce a variety of communication deliverables including emails, website and portal copy, FAQs, signage, and leader enablement kits; coordinate campuswide amplification efforts with IT Communications.
* Design and produce quick-start guides, one-page job aids, short videos, and microlearning modules; ensure content complies with accessibility standards (WCAG/Section 508) and Knowledge Management requirements; publish content to the knowledge base and service portal for strong visibility and usability.
* Collaborate with Technology Adoption Specialists to build and maintain comprehensive, ongoing training resources that promote effective use of university-supported tools and technologies.
* Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to align OCM milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements with the university's project management lifecycle and governance structure.
* Partner with the IT Service Management (ITSM) team to define and uphold organizational standards for communications and change practices across all technology changes, incidents, and service requests.
* Ensure consistent, standardized, and timely communication flows between IT leadership, PMO, ITSM, and the UCF community regarding project status, service delivery, and technology updates.
* Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans (emails, websites, newsletters, signage) to inform the UCF community about upcoming changes, benefits, and impacts.
* Create audience-specific messaging for faculty, staff, students, and administrators; collaborate with IT Communications to ensure broad and effective distribution.
* Translate technical information into accessible, user-friendly content and maintain open feedback loops between IT teams and end-users.
* Establish and monitor key adoption and change metrics, such as utilization rates, training participation, help desk tickets, and adoption trends, to evaluate success and refine strategies.
* Track content engagement, training completion, knowledge base view-to-ticket ratios, incident themes, and resolution times; recommend reinforcement activities such as refreshers, targeted coaching, or updated materials.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the goals of the Organizational Change Management function and the mission of UCF IT.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 3+ years' experience producing user-facing communications, training, and instructional content that support technology adoption for enterprise audiences.
* Portfolio demonstrating a variety of user-enablement deliverables, such as microlearning modules, email series, FAQs or knowledge base articles, signage, and instructional videos.
* Experience creating and publishing knowledge base and catalog content in ServiceNow, with familiarity using Microsoft Power BI or similar tools to interpret adoption and support trends.
* Experience working in higher education or large public-sector environments; familiarity with academic cycles; and experience teaching at the high school level or above.
* Prosci change management training/certification or equivalent coursework in instructional design or technical communication.
* Demonstrated competencies in plain-language writing, visual storytelling, user experience and content design, instructional design, video and screen-capture production, facilitation, and a measurement-driven mindset.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/Section 508) and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

Facilities and Business Operations at UCF, Landscape Operations, is seeking a Concrete Technician to join the team. This position combines skilled, hands-on work with project coordination responsibilities. The role focuses on concrete repair, pouring, and finishing, as well as the installation and maintenance of hardscape features across campus, including pavers, walkways, courtyards, retaining walls, outdoor furniture, and other concrete surfaces. The Concrete Technician ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification while maintaining a clean and accessible campus environment.

Responsibilities:
* Perform concrete repairs such as patching, resurfacing, grinding, and sealing cracks on sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, and other campus structures.
* Assess and diagnose damage to concrete surfaces, recommending repair or replacement to maintain safety and accessibility.
* Maintain clean and safe work areas, minimize disruptions to campus operations, and properly dispose of debris.
* Supervise Landscape and Natural Resources staff on larger projects requiring combined team efforts.
* Coordinate and oversee workflow for hardscape installations and repairs, ensuring timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met.

* Familiarity with concrete testing methods such as slump, air content, and compressive strength and an understanding of admixtures, curing compounds, and reinforcement techniques.

This position is the primary contact and first recipient of requests for all purchasing, travel, foundation requests, reconciliations and other ad-hoc finance work. This person is often the 'preparer' in the approval process, with the Manager approving followed by the accountable officer.

Reviews purchase requests and processes with adherence to USF Policies
Services as a liaison between the academic departments, colleges and vendors regarding contracts, quotes, billing statements & payment terms.
Verifies available budget and determines the proper purchasing mechanism.
Reviews vendor invoices for completeness, accuracy and approvals.
Processes changes to purchase orders as needed.
Ensures all documents are transmitted to Accounts Payable for payment.

High fidelity and virtual reality simulators enable the honing of specific surgical skills including endoscopic, laparoscopic and interventional vascular, cardiology, and OB-Gyn procedures. Surgical labs feature leading edge, clinical grade technology such as laparoscopic high definition towers and Advanced Imaging Modalities (AIM), that provide a realistic and totally immersive environment for practicing general surgical skills, trauma OR and microsurgery. Responsibilities
Surgical Bioskills Simulation Scenario: Coordinate and facilitate surgical bioskills programs. Function as a scrub tech; assist with third party communications including delivery and setup for surgical activities. Responsible for set-up and take down logistics of bioskills activities; equipment and instrument sanitizing.
Department maintenance Monitors inventory supplies, gases, tissue needs and advises on procurement. Maintains simulation center as a clean, safe, operational facility and optimal learning environment.
Support Patient Simulation Scenario: Coordinate and support "life-like" medical simulation scenarios including emergency medicine; life support; patient care; clinician/patient interactions. Responsible for set-up and take down logistics of experiential learning activities to include equipment, instruments, often multiple events per day. May operate simulation equipment with the ability to manipulate physiologic data, follow medical aspects of scenarios, interpret participant's responses and make appropriate adjustments based on participant's actions. Assist and operate computerized simulation scenarios in collaboration with content experts and faculty; assists students and faculty educators in utilization of simulation equipment providing an appropriate orientation to simulator features and the simulated learning environment.
Compliance: Responsible for the safety and compliance of simulation activity, adhering to Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) Accreditation Standards; universal precautions when exposed to tissue; USF and USF HPCC Policies and Procedures. Supports the use of digital media as per USF HPCC guidelines.

Responsibilities
The OPEL Program Specialist supports the Office of Professional Engagement and Learning by coordinating short-term workforce training programs, workshops, and bootcamps. Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with planning, scheduling, and executing training sessions and special events.
* Coordinating communication with learners, instructors, and partners, including registration, materials distribution, and attendance tracking.
* Promoting OPEL programs through flyers, social media, email campaigns, and tabling events.
* Supporting data collection and reporting efforts to measure program impact and guide improvement.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our credit union. This role involves managing delinquent accounts, working directly with members to resolve overdue balances, and ensuring the credit union maintains strong relationships while protecting its financial health. Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Monitoring and Delinquency Management:
- Monitor member accounts to identify past-due loans, mortgages, and other obligations.
- Contact members to address overdue accounts through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
- Document all collection activities, including member interactions and payment arrangements, in the credit union's system.
2. Member Communication and Resolution:
- Work collaboratively with members to understand their financial situations and develop repayment plans.
- Provide guidance on financial assistance options and strategies for resolving delinquencies.
- Ensure interactions are respectful, professional, and compliant with regulations.
3. Payment Processing and Recovery:
- Negotiate repayment schedules and settlements in accordance with credit union policies.
- Process payments received from members and apply them to the appropriate accounts.
- Initiate financial or legal actions such as charge-offs, repossessions, foreclosures, and small claims court proceedings.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare delinquency and recovery reports for management.
- Monitor trends in delinquency rates and recommend strategies to reduce future risks.
- Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of collection efforts and improving processes.
5. Compliance and Regulation Adherence:
- Ensure all collection activities comply with applicable federal and state regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

- Work closely with lending and other departments to resolve issues related to delinquent accounts.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collections, credit, or a related role, preferably within a financial institution or credit union.
- Familiarity with loan servicing systems is a plus.
