Cons of working at University of Central Oklahoma
Aside from there being active child predators working there, they provide poor salaries, almost non-existent bottom tier management, negligence, professors and are disrespectful and act like they are better than you when they are in the same fresh hell you are. The list goes on. Working there feels like being in high school again, if you aren't part of the "mean girls" then you are welcome.
University of Central Oklahoma benefits
Asking someone this question about working for UCO is asking them what atrocities they can stomach the most.
What do you like best about University of Central Oklahoma's CEO and the leadership team?
There really isn't anything to like. These are non-existent things at the University of Central Oklahoma. If there is a leadership team, I have not see it yet. CEO obviously only cares about their salary.
How would you improve University of Central Oklahoma's culture?
There is no culture at UCO. The only culture I have witnessed there is cancer culture. This place is a disease. Fire everyone and start over.
How did you prepare for the University of Central Oklahoma interview?
I literally didn't. UCO has damaged so many relationships with past workers that people just up and quit because they are treated so poorly. This leaves departments desperate and willing to hire anyone that can talk the lingo, and will work for a slave wage salary.
How does your compensation at University of Central Oklahoma compare to the industry average?
It doesn't compare at all. It's the lowest in the country.
What's the diversity at University of Central Oklahoma like?
This school is the whitest, most proud, most gated community dwelling, nose up at everything and everyone school I have ever been to. It's no wonder why they thought Legally Blonde was a great show to put into production.
What brings you the most joy at University of Central Oklahoma?
The best thing about this job (because they don't pay enough to even consider it a career) is time away from it.
