Establish and maintain international partnerships with universities around the world and contribute to FSU's Strategic Plan to increase international exchanges and enrollment in GCC. Work in collaboration with the Assistant Provost for International Initiatives in support of the university initiatives and co-chair the Visiting Scholar Committee. Chair the CGE/Provost Internal Working group in support of exchange proposals and work to identify new partners to expand exchange portfolio. Serve on key university committees such as Vision 2030, International Graduate Recruitment, International Advisory Committee, Foreign Countries of Concern and other committees or task forces as needed. Update internal policies and procedures following new FSU policies confirmed by OGC and/or Provost.
Manage annual CGE operating budget and identify areas to enhance through additional funding requests to meet growing needs. Formulate and administer a large auxiliary budget for Special Programs along with several other auxiliary budgets and multiple Foundation accounts providing different revenue sources to specific areas of CGE. Responsible for annual funding requests to COGS to fund Globe Building Manager and student staff to ensure building spaces are available to student groups and departments. Responsible for creating funding sources to augment support for programs and events, and to cover kitchen maintenance, equipment replacement, and licensing. Renew annual contracts for immigration data management software and exchanges data management software through Procurement processes and request funding from Academic Affairs.
Attend major FSU, DSA and CGE events and meetings as required. Serve on CGE and campus wide committees as needed. Assist DSA as needed during campus closures and other emergencies. Chair the FSU International Education Month planning committee to ensure campus wide participation.
Qualifications
Master's degree and six years of experience or a Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* Preferred Ph.D. or Ed.D. in international education, higher education administration or closely related field.
* Strong leadership, organizational and management skills with excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

Manage Seminole Club strategy, including communications, engagement, data, training, recruitment, and recognition, while enhancing and improving existing processes to support volunteer engagement goals. Provide leadership and guidance to Club Coordinators and Graduate Assistant staff, ensuring effective supervision and development of team members. Lead multiple complex and overlapping projects that are internal in scope but have external accountability to volunteers, overseeing rollout plans, timelines, and support tools to ensure smooth adoption and consistency across all clubs. Collaborate with the Senior Director for Alumni Engagement, Volunteer Engagement, and Outreach to align regional engagement strategy and develop best practices that strengthen club operations and volunteer engagement initiatives. Travel throughout the year to visit Seminole Clubs and meet with volunteer leaders, providing presentations, training, and guidance on best practices. Monitor compliance with club financial policies, both internal and external, in collaboration with the Fiscal Specialist, and track philanthropic interests from Seminole Clubs to connect them with the appropriate university Advancement team members.
Provide reports and leverage data to inform decisions of department and Alumni Association leadership. Ensure club leaders and volunteers have access to relevant data to guide their decision-making. Develop and maintain processes to capture club activity data and accurately enter it into the CRM system. Lead the planning and execution of quarterly Seminole Club Leader calls, including setting dates, developing agendas, determining content, and coordinating university speakers to deliver relevant updates.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key campus partners, including Boosters and Leadership Annual Giving Officers, to align volunteer engagement and club initiatives with university advancement priorities. Serve as a liaison to share updates, coordinate programs, and identify opportunities for partnership that enhance alumni participation and support strategic engagement goals. Serve as the Seminole Clubs point person for FSU's Great Give.
Lead special projects such as Seminole Service Day, the Game Watch Box program, Senior Send Off, and other assigned initiatives. The Opportunity:

Under the direction the Director of Brand Partnerships, this position actively contributes to the development and implementation of revenue generating opportunities within Athletics, with emphasis in the areas of Corporate Sales, Naming Rights, NIL, Licensing/Merchandising and related. Actively develop innovative, creative revenue generating ideas to enhance the athletics brand
Identify, research and promote opportunities that increase UCF Athletics brand affinity, revenue streams and exposure
