Minimum Requirements:
This position requires a M.D. or equivalent, completion of anesthesiology residency, skills in clinical care, research, and/or education, ABA certification/eligibility, and credentials to obtain a State of Florida physician's license.

Pay Range: This position is represented by the Technical Union, AFSCME Local 3937.The hours are M-F, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. The work location is on the Minneapolis campus. The hourly range for this position is $22.39 - $28.55 per hour. Final offers are dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity within the department.

Clinical. The clinical focus is expertise in genitourinary reconstructive surgery. The candidate would join a department recognized for its clinical and research excellence in Urology. The preferred candidate would have expertise in robotic and open surgical approaches to upper and lower urinary tract reconstruction, urethral reconstruction, and urinary fistula management.
Additionally, we are looking for the candidate who may be interested in organizing a multidisciplinary transitional urology practice with our pediatric urology colleagues to help care for these pediatric patients transitioning to adult care.
Research. For those candidates with a keen interest in pursuing research as part of their academic career, the UF College of Medicine is a superb location to practice as it offers excellent intramural funding opportunities in addition to traditional government funding mechanisms. Work in conjunction with RWC staff regarding the safety and usage of athletic equipment.
Maintain a good working relationship with the RWC staff regarding the safety of practice and competition surfaces and general field/court conditions.
Maintain certification and license requirements of the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC) and the State of Florida.
