Position Summary: We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician to provide outpatient-only primary care on a per diem basis. The physician will manage a panel of adult patients in a clinic setting, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute, non-emergent conditions. This flexible, non-continuous role is ideal for physicians who are looking to work on an as-needed basis with no inpatient or on-call responsibilities. UHealth Premier Concierge Medicine is seeking a qualified internal medicine candidate who will have current American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) certification and at least 5 years of ambulatory care practice experience in an Executive Health, Concierge Medicine and/or General Internal Medicine setting. The Concierge physician is available to their patients 24/7, 365, via telephone and digital media (i.e. e-mail or messaging via EMR) except when out of office on leave such as for vacation, medical reasons, or conferences.
