The Mercer Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) is hiring a Social Media Student Assistant to help create and manage engaging content across our Instagram and Facebook platforms. This part-time role is ideal for a creative, social media-savvy student interested in content creation, communications, and career development.
You'll collaborate with CCPD staff to promote events, resources, and services in a way that connects with students and aligns with Mercer's branding and tone. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your digital skills, build a professional portfolio, and gain valuable experience working on a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Create and publish social media content, including videos and graphics, primarily for Instagram and Facebook
Proactively engage with students on campus (e.g., asking quick questions, capturing short interviews or reactions) to create authentic, student-centered video content for CCPD's platforms
Utilize scheduling tools to plan and schedule content
Follow and engage with relevant Mercer University social media accounts
Report engagement metrics and insights to CCPD staff
Suggest creative ideas to improve reach and engagement
Attend CCPD staff meetings (as requested) to stay informed about services, events, and department voice
Use Mercer's official image gallery to source photos for posts
Comply with Mercer's social media and branding guidelines

Job Description
Turnitin is seeking a Manager, Strategic Educator Programs to create and lead initiatives focused on developing educator-centered engagement strategies that strengthen relationships, elevate educator voices, and champion effective teaching and learning practices across our global community. The role cultivates global partnerships with colleges, universities and leading educational communities; establishes research projects; develops learning resources; and leads educational initiatives with the Turnitin user community to uphold academic integrity and the responsible use of AI.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Engagement and as part of the Customer Experience (CX) organization, this individual will design, launch, and manage programs that empower educators to share insights, connect with peers, and influence the evolution of Turnitin in the learning community as a thought leader.
This role plays a central part in Turnitin's broader goals of supporting product adoption and building enduring brand loyalty by deepening educator engagement, fostering trust, and creating meaningful, educator-driven experiences. Collaborating closely with partners in marketing, go-to-market and product, this individual will focus on the strategy and content to further our efforts to directly engage educators.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global strategy for educator-focused programs that drive connection, collaboration, and long-term affinity with Turnitin.
Translate Turnitin's thought leadership and product strategy into initiatives that reach our global customer base from discovery through pilot to scale,
Establish and maintain relationships in the educational community in professional learning, assessment, and learning integrity and develop initiatives based on shared goals and outcomes
Conduct ongoing industry research in the education community on learning integrity, responsible use of AI, understanding professional learning needs and opportunities to define Turnitin's posture and approach for our educator community.
Create and manage cross-functional projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment, accountability, and impact across teams with defined success metrics
Establish, deliver and lead live engagement opportunities with educators that showcase thought leadership, classroom innovation, and best practices in learning integrity and the use of AI.
Identify and guide educator-led or co-authored research initiatives that highlight learning and assessment practices, leveraging Turnitin's product portfolio and Turnitin's contributions to educational excellence.
Establish channels with internal teams to activate findings and insights generated through research collaborations, to share across educator channels and integrated into messaging, story telling, content, training, and engagement strategies.
Serve as a visible champion of Turnitin's educator engagement initiative, shaping how the organization listens to and learns from its educator community.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in educator engagement, customer experience, customer success, or program management roles, preferably within edtech or higher education.
Direct experience working with educators or within academic institutions leading to a strong understanding of the educator's role in technology adoption, pedagogy, and peer influence.
Creative, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented mindset; skilled in leveraging innovative models and emerging technologies (including AI, digital platforms, and learning analytics).
Proven ability to design and implement educator or community engagement programs, with measurable outcomes, that deepen relationships, drive adoption, and strengthen brand loyalty.
Strong track record of stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and building consensus across diverse teams in highly matrixed environments.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with a passion for amplifying educator voices and comfort representing the organization externally through webinars, panels, events, etc.
Familiarity with instructional design or experience working alongside teaching and learning professionals is a plus.

A Brief Overview
The Investment Systems Administration Specialist supports and manages critical Investment platforms and vendors, ensuring stability, security, and alignment with business needs. You will work closely with product and engineering teams across Turnitin to integrate Machine Learning into a broad suite of learning, teaching and integrity products.
We are in a unique position to deliver Machine Learning used by hundreds of thousands of instructors teaching millions of students around the world. Your contributions will have global reach and scale. Billions of papers have been submitted to the Turnitin platform, and hundreds of millions of answers have been graded on the Gradescope and Examsoft platforms. Machine Learning powers our AI Writing detection system, gives automated feedback on student writing, investigates authorship of student writing, revolutionizes the creation and grading of assessments, and plays a critical role in many back-end processes.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
We expect Senior Machine Learning Scientists to be versatile and have a well-balanced set of skills. You will focus on model training and maintenance with significant capacity for research (developing novel model architectures), dataset construction, and model hardening (preparing the model and code for production pipelines).
Day-to-day, your responsibilities are to:
Work with subject matter experts and product owners to determine what questions should be asked and what questions can be answered.
Work with subject matter experts to curate, generate, and annotate data, and create optimal datasets following responsible data collection and model maintenance practices.
Answer questions and make trainable datasets from raw data, using efficient SQL queries and scripting languages, visualizing when necessary.
Develop and tune Machine Learning models, following best practices to select datasets, architectures, and model parameters.
Utilize, adopt, and fine-tune Language Models, including third-party LLMs (through prompt engineering and orchestration) and locally hosted LMs.
Stay current in the field - read research papers, experiment with new architectures and LLMs, and share your findings.
Optimize models for scaled production usage.
Communicate insights, as well as the behavior and limitations of models, to peers, subject matter experts, and product owners.
Write clean, efficient, and modular code, with automated tests and appropriate documentation.
Stay up to date with technology, make good technological choices, and be able to explain them to the organization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Experience working with text data to build Deep Learning and ML models, both supervised and unsupervised. Experience with deep learning in other modalities such as vision and speech would be a strong bonus.
A strong understanding of the math and theory behind machine learning and deep learning.
Software engineering background with at least 8 years of experience (we use Python, SQL, Unix-based systems, git, and github for collaboration and review).
Machine / Deep Learning development skills, including experiment tracking (we use AWS SageMaker, Hugging Face, transformers, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Jupyter, Weights & Biases).
An understanding of Language Models, using and training / fine-tuning and a familiarity with industry-standard LM families.
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, applied math or related field, with relevant industry experience, or outstanding previous achievements in this role. A Computer Science background is required as opposed to statistics or pure mathematics. We're an applied science group leaning towards deep learning and therefore software development proficiency is a prerequisite.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Would be a plus:
Familiarity in coding for at-scale production, ranging from best practices to building back-end API services or stand-alone libraries.
Essential dev-ops skills (we use Docker, AWS EC2/Batch/Lambda).
Familiarity in building front-ends (LLMs or more standard React, Javascript, Flask) for simple demos, POCs and prototypes.
Experience with advanced prompting, fine-tuning or training an LLM, open-source or cloud, using industry accepted platforms (such as mosaic.ai or stochastic.ai).
Showcase previous work (e.g. via a website, presentation, open source code).

Monitor and report student status changes (enrollment, program changes, leaves, transfers, departures, or terminations).

Advise students on maintaining status, course loads, program changes, employment eligibility, OPT, CPT, and travel.
Guide students through visa applications, renewals, and changes.

Serve as the main campus contact for SEVP, DHS, and immigration authorities.

Join the 30+ faculty in the Division of Emergency and Trauma Imaging in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Emory University/Grady Memorial Hospital. We are seeking a full-time remote Trauma Radiologist to read high volume, high acuity trauma cases at one of the most renowned teaching Level 1 Trauma hospitals in the Southeast. Position opening is for expansion due to increased volume.
* This early overnight position rotates 1 week on (7 days, 9-hour shifts, 6p-3am EST M-F, 4-Midnight EST Sat-Sun) and 2 weeks off (inclusive of recovery, vacation, CME, academic days). This equates to 17 weeks per year. Remote from anywhere in the USA except New Jersey, Hawaii, or Alaska.
* Read exclusively for Grady Memorial Hospital, one of the Southeast's busiest Level 1 trauma centers. Some interpretations provided in conjunction with on-site trainees.
* The primary clinical scope will predominately involve trauma imaging (CT Head/C-Spine/Face, CTA Trauma CAP, CTA Runoffs, XR) working alongside a dedicated emergency neuroradiologist with the same hours as well as dedicated evening and overnight trauma radiologists.
* Communication with other faculty and on-site trainees in primarily via Teams.

As a senior leader within the School of Medicine, the Associate Dean holds responsibility for key aspects of administrative processes for School of Medicine faculty such as review of faculty appointments; investigations of academic and conduct concerns; and orchestrating faculty grievances and investigations relating to scientific misconduct.
Important details regarding core duties and responsibilities include:
* Provides advice and subject matter expertise to support the management of individual faculty performance and conduct matters, including non-renewals and terminations.
* Leads formal investigations of faculty misconduct allegations along with proactive coordination across a range of Emory partners such as SOM Departmental Chairs, Departmental Administrators and HR leaders, Office of General Counsel, Emory Healthcare/Physician Division, HR Division at Emory University and Emory's Faculty-Staff Assistance Program.

* Ten years of experience in faculty administration and/or legal and regulatory management, including prior supervisory experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Lincoln International is seeking an Associate to join our rapidly growing Transaction Opinions & Board Advisory team within our Valuations & Opinions Group (VOG). Successful candidates will have strong technical and interpersonal abilities, want to develop their professional and personal skills and are motivated by the prospect of building a leading transaction opinions practice in a fast-paced, growth environment.
The Transaction Opinions Associate role provides an excellent opportunity to gain transactional experience and build on your existing technical finance skills through a mix of engagements for public and private companies as well as leading private equity firms in connection with M&A, restructuring, recapitalization, and spin-off transactions as well as board or special committee advisory situations where we are delivering advisory services, including fairness and solvency opinions or valuations. Responsibilities at Lincoln International are often more entrepreneurial than at other firms providing self-motivated individuals with many opportunities to contribute to a dynamic and growing platform. Successful Associates are assertive, motivated self-starters with the desire and potential to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Associates are critical deal team members and hold primary responsibility for execution-related workstreams, including information review, construction of complex financial models, drafting and review of board-level presentations, and primary review of analyst workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, completing, and reviewing financial models and sophisticated valuation and financial analyses in support of fairness and solvency opinions, including discounted cash flow analyses, market-based comparable company and precedent transaction analyses, and three-statement modeling
Having primary ownership for the development and review of board-level presentations and reports
Coordinating engagement execution and timelines, at the instruction of senior deal team members, and providing oversight to analysts
Reviewing information and tracking open items across active engagements, preparing diligence agendas to support diligence processes and inform in-process valuations and analyses
Coordinating with clients and, at times, leading diligence efforts or information gathering processes
Preparing marketing materials for meetings with potential or existing clients and supporting the senior members of the Transaction Opinions & Board Advisory team
Qualifications:
The Associate position at Lincoln International is extremely challenging, offers an excellent learning experience and provides a solid foundation upon which an individual can build a future business career. Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:
Excellent analytic foundation with advanced understanding of financial statements and various valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, etc.)
Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills
Strong writing skills and experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
Effective organizational skills and the aptitude to manage people and work products
Strong communication skills and experience interacting with teammates and clients
Three to five years of professional experience in the financial services industry, such as investment banking or valuations is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from top tier institution; strong academic record (both undergraduate and graduate)
Active CPA and/or minimum of CFA Level I is preferred, but not required

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000 on an annual basis. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Illinois, New York or California. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the compliance of proposals for external funding submitted on behalf of the College and the proper stewardship of sponsored projects as assigned. NOTE : This position may have the possibility for some remote work.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES ( PRE - AWARD ) Provides guidance and expertise to grant-seekers to identify appropriate funding opportunities by conducting electronic and manual searches and disseminating this information to interested individuals; Guides and supports faculty and staff during the proposal preparation and submission process; Assists grant-seekers with the preparation of budgets and financial portions of applications ensuring content is accurate and complete; Gathers institutional data and boilerplate language for proposal narratives in support of selected grant applications; Develops and maintains a library of reference documentation, including information such as funding agency requirements, forms, checklists (and uploads to Spelman's Faculty Collaboration Hub); Reviews and interprets guidelines, proposals, and budgets to ensure compliance with college policies, federal regulations, and funder requirements; Monitors the progress of internal approvals and signatures to ensure timely submission of proposals; Interprets both funding agency and college policies and procedures and disseminates newly available information on funding regulations; Assists in planning, developing and conducting training programs to educate faculty and staff in the policies and procedures for proposal development and sponsored project administration. PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES ( POST - AWARD ) Coordinates and facilitates activities related to the establishment, implementation, and close-out of awarded grants; Prepares awardees for effective management of external funds through orientations, regular meetings/updates, and written guidance; Interfaces with faculty and staff to: Maintain compliance with policies and guidelines of funding agencies and College policies; Ensure that funds are expended at an appropriate rate (monitor burn rates); Inform/advise on administrative requirements, deadlines, and documents for award management, budget monitoring, and report preparation; Decide on feasibility of budget modifications, no-cost extensions, and other award modifications; Submit requests for no-cost extensions, re-budgeting requests, changes in scope, and other changes to the award. Collaborates with the Office of Budget and Contracts, Office of Human Resources, Office of the Controller (Accounts Payable), and Faculty Affairs in the Office of the Provost to ensure the effective management and compliance of externally funded programs and projects; Works closely with ORIC's Operations Manager and the Grants Support Coordinators to provide guidance and assistance to administrative professionals to ensure effective administrative support for awardees; Maintains and updates the pending and active grant files to include a copy of notice of awards, interim/annual progress reports, time and effort reports, correspondence from the funding agency, quarterly burn/expenditure rates, and any other post-award documents; Ensures proper application of OMB Uniform Guidance, sponsor rules and regulations, and College policies/ procedures; Ensures compliance with sponsor-specific reporting requirements, including tracking deadlines for progress reports, quarterly/annual financial reports and project closeouts. Proactively communicates about issues or concerns that may impact successful completion of the sponsored research and projects. Manages the sub-award process working collaboratively with the Office of Budgets and Contracts, coordinates issuance of sub-award agreements, and serves as the primary point of contact for sub-awardee institutions/organizations; Provides guidance to awardees and oversight to ensure interim and final reports are submitted in a timely manner Ensures an efficient close-out process of grants that is consistent with college timelines/procedures and is compliant with funding agency requirements; Assists in the preparation and monitoring of Institutional Review Board ( IRB ) documentation and ensures regulations are followed for Human Subjects research. OTHER DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in preparation of educational materials and communications related to research administration and sponsored projects' activity Collaborates with ORIC's Operations Manager and Budgets & Contracts to conduct orientations and trainings for current and future awardees to inform of policies, procedures, and required documents Assists with the management and updating of ORIC's Faculty Collaboration Hub Monitors proposals and funded awards in the CAYUSE platform Participates in relevant trainings and workshops/conferences/seminars designed to increase knowledge of professional research administration concepts and practices Implements policies and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with sponsor rules and regulations. Works collaboratively with ORIC's Operations Manager and the Office of Marketing and Communications to develop award announcements for the Spelman Community about grants that have been funded Oversees and manages electronic databases, shared files, platforms, and electronic submission systems including including Research.gov, NIH eRA Commons, CAYUSE eRA, Ellucian BANNER , Lotus Notes database, calendars and various spreadsheets to track grant proposals and awards; Interfaces with other departmental units/offices to provide information or handle requests as appropriate. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position may have supervisory responsibilities for one or more positions in the unit, including work study students.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least four years of relevant experience with sponsored programs required. The incumbent should be capable of working effectively in a college setting and with diverse communities. The incumbent must have previously demonstrated the ability to interact with governmental agencies (e.g. federal, state) and work collegially and respectfully with faculty, staff and funding agencies. Must have extensive working knowledge and be able to apply a deep understanding of federal and state rules, regulations, policies, and procedures ( OMB Uniform Guidance); and interpret policies and funding agency regulations for others. Must understand and manage multiple types of award mechanisms, including grants, sub-awards, and cooperative agreements. Must demonstrate initiative, think proactively and strategically, and adapt well to change. The ability to work independently and exercise good judgement when appropriate is essential to success in this position. The work is considered highly professional and technical, involving the review and processing of research and other types of grant proposals, negotiation of awards and contracts, and a variety of post-award non-financial administrative duties (no-cost extensions, amendments, compliance, problem-solving, etc.) Good proofreading skills are essential. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from various stakeholders such as faculty, funding agencies, or regulatory agencies is necessary. This position requires strong customer service focus while working in a diverse community, excellent written, verbal and time management skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to interface with internal and external constituents and stakeholders with diplomacy and tact is essential. The incumbent must be able to effectively present information to senior leaders and external audiences. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). This position requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, Requests for Proposals ( RFP ), and legal documents. Incumbent may be required to process basic letters, memos, e-mails, and formal business correspondence; handle such things as mail merges, spreadsheets using formulas and pivot tables, and creating forms, tables, and graphs. The employee must be able to conduct extensive internet and funding database searches. The duties require knowledge of budget procedures and experience with Banner Financial Module a plus.
