Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and transaction-related errors. Uphold confidentiality, transparency, and compliance across all customer and partner transactions. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, Account Receivables, or Escrow Operations. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Proven ability to manage financial documentation and client correspondence with accuracy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail. Sound knowledge of Escrow laws and financial compliance frameworks.
