Summary:
Management of all unit business processes, including finance, record management, procurement, inventory, travel and expense reports, and human resource/payroll functions for Online, Professional, and Engaged Learning (OPEL) and subunits including the Center for Online Learning, Research and Service, Office of Engaged Learning, Office of Digital Accessibility and Center for Faculty Excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages creation, negotiation, and execution of contracts for services as well as procurement contracts for sub-contractors as well as the needs of the units. This includes outside agencies as well as internal units. This requires working with various entities within the University system to comply with all applicable laws and policies. HR management including administering faculty contracts for 4-week, 8-week, and 16-week classes and performs related HR personnel transactions for OPEL. Manages personnel issues in collaboration with units including hiring, evaluation, and dismissal processes. This position will also perform all HR personnel transactions including collecting and approving time sheets and performing pay adjustments as necessary for Civil Service and student workers for OPEL. Manages all aspects of financial matters for the units that comprise Online, Professional & Engaged Learning. Reviews and analyzes unit budget information and develops integrated budget forecasts and recommendations. Prepares fiscal reports with breakdowns of income and expenses. Presents recommendations to the Associate Provost for OPEL. Maintains fiscal responsibility for the units. Provides leadership in the development of budgets and in the coordination of fiscal activities, including travel expenses, gift accounts, grant accounts, self-supported account, international transfers, state accounts, and local accounts. Manage all financial services required by Study Away Programs including travel management, budget creation and analysis for trips, International purchases, and providing support for International institutions on completing required forms. Serves as central fiscal manager for P-Card and T-Card users for OPEL. This includes receiving/approving funding requests from staff, reconciling P-Cards for all unit staff, serving as a charge code approver for TEM transactions, overseeing fiscal transactions. This also includes being a proxy for several employees within the units. Serves as advisor to unit staff on university developments, policies, and regulations related to budget, strategic and fiscal planning, procurement guidelines, etc. BAA also is administratively responsible for ensuring unit compliance with federal, state, and university regulations, including Protection of Minors act, NCAA regulations, fiscal regulations, and appropriate use regulations. Manages equipment records, and monitors compliance with grants and other various regulations for all units in OPEL and CASA. Maintains and facilitates inventory and supplies. Manages student and client billing processes. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, such as Business Administration, Management, Management Information Systems, Public Policy/Administration, Communication, or other social science degrees or field related to the position.
2. Two (2) years of professional business, financial, and/or managerial work experience.
(NOTE: A Master's Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1) year (12 months) of work experience.)
3. Based on position requirements, additional education, training, and/or work experience in an area of specialization inherent to the position may be required.

Overview
The Center for Early Learning Funding Equity ( CELFE ) was established to develop and promote research- and data-informed strategies to transform funding of Early Childhood Education and Care ( ECEC ) programs for children ages 0-5. Housed in Northern Illinois University's Division of Outreach, Engagement and Regional Development ( OERD ), CELFE works in collaboration with academic, data and research partners across the NIU system through the Research and Data Collaborative ( RDC ). CELFE began its work focused primarily on Illinois' ECEC system, in which our Director, Theresa Hawley, Ph.D. has spent almost 30 years in as a researcher, advocate, and government systems change leader - working to improve ECEC polices with children and families at the center. Now, CELFE is building on that experience and the passion for systems-change held by the diverse and skilled team of five (and growing) to focus more deeply on the funding adequacy and equity of the ECEC system. The scope and reach of CELFE is expanding to include all states and municipalities interested in transformation. CELFE is currently engaged in projects with Massachusetts and Colorado and Illinois. CELFE is in start-up mode and has the need to quickly scale-up our internal capacity to meet the growing need of states and clients interested in understanding how to transition their own ECEC systems through an equity lens, with children and families remaining at the center. Position Summary
Health Care Utilization Review Coordinator (HURC) is accountable for coordinating and facilitating patient services across the various levels of the continuum utilizing Relationship-Based Care model as the framework. Minimum Qualifications
* Graduation from an accredited professional nursing program

Duties and Responsibilities

The festival Technical Director consults with the ISF Production Manager, Scenic Designer, and each production team to facilitate the scenic needs for the 2025 season. The Technical Director attends design and production meetings as scheduled by the Production Manager beginning in February and concluding in July. They are responsible for the daily operation and schedule for the Scene Shop located in the Centennial East building. They supervise the daily activity of the Assistant Technical Director, Scene Shop Supervisor, and the seasonal staff of carpenters, welders, and other associated production personnel in the scene shop and at Ewing Theatre performance space.
Other responsibilities include:
* Produce scenic construction drawings to achieve the designs provided by the Festival Scenic Designer. The construction documents must adhere to structural and safety guidelines to assure the safe use of all scenic elements on stage.
* Serves as the safety officer for the ISF rehearsal and performance spaces.
* Purchases materials and goods to be used in the construction of all scenery.
* Maintains the budgets for scenery, paint, and associated materials as directed by the Production Manager.
* Approves time sheets for all hourly employees on the scenery and paint staff.
* Work with the Scenic Designer, Production Manager, and the seasonal Changeover Supervisor to develop a plan to shift the scenery from one production to another as required for repertory style scheduling.
* Be familiar with and manage the use of the ISF technical inventory pertaining to all scene shop storage, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, paint, and be capable of solving problems that arise from usage of inventory.
* Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to drive a 16-foot box truck for transportation of scenery, materials, and other items to and from the ISU campus to the Ewing Cultural Center.
* Facilitate communication with department heads in the Lighting, Prop, Sound, and Costume shops to achieve the scheduled performances efficiently and safely.
* Oversee the installation of the stock Courtyard stage at Ewing cultural center.

* Participate in undergraduate, graduate and continuing education programs of the Department.
* Provide outpatient diagnostic and management services for patients in the region with general psychiatric and behavioral needs.
* Provide inpatient psychiatric consultation for children and adolescents.
* Organize and conduct research programs in Child Psychiatry.
* Perform other duties of a university faculty member including committee assignments, curriculum development, student counseling, and administration.

UICOMP is one of the three regional campuses of the University of Illinois College of Medicine, one of the largest public medical schools in the country. Children's Hospital of Illinois provides comprehensive services to children, including Level IV NICU and a state-designated Pediatric Critical Care Center. Children's Hospital of Illinois is a major medical facility with 136 beds and a 32-bed critical care unit and the only Level 1 trauma center in Illinois outside of Chicago. There are existing resources through UICOMP and Children's Hospital of Illinois for seeding research funding, quality and outcomes focused academic work and innovation in health education.

The budgeted salary range for the position is $243,733 to $289,992.
