Pros of working at University of Kentucky

I was able to lead and create a whole systematic system for a Migrant KCHIP State program for 22 years. Having a IT team and be able to make a difference for low income families that face many barries to retain, enroll and te increase health Insurance benefits to many families. I run a 1800 Hispanic KCHIP line statewide. I developed a radio show and have a passion to help families in other socioeconomic s needs as well by providing resources statewide and referrals as well. I became an advocate and filed complains for families. I created a database with the It help support that my empower have to analyze and provide annually and monthly and quarterly reports as well and provide my 22 years of experience as well. There so many great things working there I had.

Cons of working at University of Kentucky

I felt like innovation and my vision the department was no ready to move the grant for remote. I when into graduate school to move the grant up to technology and when I graduated with a Master’s in Instructional Systems Design with a Distance Education Graduate Certificate during the pandemic I saw no opportunities to promotions.
